We couldn’t have been more pleased with our moving company, Confiança, for their support when we moved recently from Miami to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Everything went perfectly from our first contact with the company through Gabriela Morilla to the receiving of over 100 boxes in our apartment in Rio. Gabriela was very effective in providing us with an estimate that turned out to be very close to the amount we ended up paying, and she was always available for the questions we had throughout the process. Eliane, in São Paulo, was also very supportive when it was time to coordinate the delivery of the boxes in Rio. It was a pleasant and welcome surprise, and I won’t hesitate to recommend Confiança to whoever is looking to move to and back from the US and Brazil.

I’m so happy with the professionalism this company. The workers are amazing! Very professional, on time, working like a team. Super polite and answering all the questions and helping at much they can , really a great company. I super recommend. The people in São Paulo the lady Dandara very sweet always there for us. Florida the team Gabriela, Marlene, Marilda the driver and helpers they are the best. I’m so happy and everything get my home perto and intact.

Overall it was a positive experience. Everyone I engaged with was professional and courteous. The only improvement would be to have 1 person be the contact for the customer. I spoke with one person to start the process, another person for the payment, another for the insurance requested by the building I was moving to, another person for the truck, etc. That to me was a little frustrating. When you are moving you have quite a lot on your plate, you don't need to be calling more than 1 person for an answer. Their prices were good, everyone I spoke to was friendly, and resolved the issue, I just wished it would of been 1 person. I would highly recommend their services.

I had a very bad experience. I hired them to move inside same condominium. I hired based in a previous experience. At this time the service and the team was totally different. First time I hired them they came with a “A” Team. Based on that I hired them again. They came with a totally different Team, inexperienced guys. Everything was a mess. One of the guys was using his phone all the time. The job was supposed to be done in 13 hours and took them 18 hours because of lack of management and bad team work. \nNext day they charged my credit card 21 hours without I accept the invoice. I called and sent an email telling them the invoice was wrong but they didn’t care and was hard to talk with them. I am disputing a charge agains them. This company is not trustable at all.

I really enjoyed their services. I had some pieces of furniture and personal items moved from Brazil to the US. They delivered them door to door and nothing was damaged. I even had some crystal glasses. Everything perfectly wrapped up. Eliane from their storage company in Rio is very attentive and accommodating.
