I ended up ripping out my splash shield cover underneath my car at work due to a broken concrete parking block. It was hanging out and scraping against the road, and I had no idea what to do. So, I searched up auto shops near me and found Complete Car Care Service Center. I called the phone number and spoke to Frank who was so incredibly nice to me and told me that I could stop by before closing so he could take a look at it. I was a nervous wreck and so stressed out about the part scraping against the road while I drove to Frank’s shop. Being a young woman in Miami and going to an auto shop by yourself can be scary but as soon as I pulled up, I knew I was in good hands. Frank’s wife, Claudia, was so sweet to me and calmed me down. I spoke to Frank and Claudia for a little bit while the damaged part was being fixed which was done so quickly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Something that could have been so stressful for me ended up being such a great experience due to Frank and Claudia’s kindness and compassion. I highly recommend you come here! I know I will be back if I have any other car problems. I cannot thank Claudia and Frank enough, they deserve the world!

Many years of personal auto repairs and/or referrals to any other services needed...always done, even better than dealer usually. But...if it's a dealer item covered repair, Frank will always tell you that instead of fixing it and charging you. Can't get more honest than that. Call them, you'll see. ?

Frank is truly one of those mechanics you wished you could take with you where you go. My fiancée and I have been going to him for all our car troubles for the past two years and now that we are moving to Orlando I wish I could just take him with us! Any time I had an issue with my car or wanted to make an alteration or quick question, Frank would always take the time to help. Him and his team are a gem and I recommend anyone and everyone check out his shop!

What can I say about Frank and his team! They are Honest and Fair! I have been going to them for over 30 years! They are always very fair and they fix what needs to be fixed. They are a team that has been together for over 30 years! You hear that? Now go get your car fixed and do not think twice!
