I met Laura Goldberg, by chance, at Nordstrom. We got to talking and I got her card. Not at all pushy for a realtor which is what I was looking for. Nothing is more uncomfortable and irritating than someone visibly just hunting for business. Fast forward 2 months, I reached out to Laura and the hunt began. Took under a week to get appointments made to see properties, find the one I loved, start the offer paperwork. Closed in a month. Provided guidance when she could and was instrumental in keeping all parties on track. SUPER ORGANIZED and someone I could relate with in terms of a New Yorkers efficiency. Apartment officially became mine a few days before the stay at home order for Florida during covid-19. Laura was still there even from a distance. I recommend her proudly.
