In that store I was robbed and I asked for help to see the cameras or some procedure to deal with this situation and she didn't give me any help, she told me that she couldn't do anything, I hope it doesn't happen to someone else

Love coming here to check all their sales and use their coupons that they give out on the regular basis. With every purchase you can earn dollars town’s future in store or on line purchases, and when you sign up and by completing a survey with your receipt you can earn a 10% discount on your next purchase. There are many ways they encourage you to return. They have many selections for all seasons, but often they run out of sizes so if you see what you like I would not wait for it to go on sale before purchasing it. Love coming here each time I travel to browse around.

On Sunday I went to make some purchases in this store. A couple of women robbed me inside the store. I informed the employees and they responded that they couldn't do anything. I contacted the Manager and the response was that it was my responsibility to take care of my things and that their job was the same. selling, not taking care of customers, that happened like 15 times a day. I asked them to check the cameras and they told me no that they had already informed security as soon as the incident happened. We went to security and they never reported the fact. I really felt vulnerable and they showed me little empathy towards this theft that happened inside the store.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Columbia store during checkout. The manager, Steven, was incredibly rude, suggesting that our tardiness warranted poor service and denying access to the fitting room. When I inquired about the manager's name, the cashier, Dylan, displayed a dismissive attitude. Despite spending $885, the lack of professionalism and courtesy was appalling.
In addition to the abysmal customer service, our experience was further marred by a deceitful incident regarding three pairs of shoes we had placed on hold at the register with an attendant, under my name, to continue shopping. When we inquired about the shoes, the Manager Steven claimed they had been put away and denied any record of my name being associated with them. This blatant falsehood only added to the frustration and disappointment of our visit.
Next time, I'll be taking my outdoor shopping needs elsewhere, perhaps to NorthFace or REI. The only bright spot was Cecilia from Argentina, who exhibited genuine kindness amidst the chaos.
Columbia should be thoroughly embarrassed by the abhorrent level of customer service exhibited at their store. The disrespectful behavior of Manager Steven and cashier Dylan reflects poorly on the company's values and commitment to customer satisfaction. Such conduct not only tarnishes the brand's reputation but also undermines trust and loyalty among patrons. Columbia must address these issues promptly and implement rigorous training programs to ensure that all employees uphold the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy. Anything less is simply unacceptable.
