I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with a support representative for Colohouse named Liam, based (as I understand it) in Chicago. Even through my own erroneous selection of menu options, Liam was happy to assist me despite the fact that I ended up in the wrong department. Moreover, he corteously directed me to the appropriate location for my query, offering clear and helpful guidance to ensure my success for my specific case. It is rare to find companies, especially in the tech industry, which offer 24/7 on-call support with real people without having to negotiate with a litany of confusing, machine-automated response options. Even so, companies that do offer such support often do not have kind, clear, and quickly accessible agents. I'm enthused to be purchasing hosting services from a reputable brand with well-rounded and well-spoken representatives like Liam. Thank you again, Liam!

Very helpful and timely customer service from Liam D. However, multiple issues with Colohouse/TurnKey Internet. The VPS itself had a few issues and was a nightmare to get it online - spent hours trying to do this, which Liam helped me with. Multiple backend systems mean you're jumping back and forth to do different tasks. And, worst of all, Colohouse cancelled my subscription the next day, erasing my VPS, without talking to me because I asked for Port 25 to be open as I'm a cybersecurity consultant and I use it for testing client systems. I went to Linode instead who were cheaper and very happy to work with me.

The customer service was friendly and the pricing for colocation was very reasonable. I worked with Lorenzo a couple years ago. I kind of wish they'd let me bring a cot and sleep in the server room, but apparently that's frowned upon.

Be aware of their business practices !!! They hide terms on their so called Master Agreement hidden on their webpage, so they trick everyone into renewing the Anual Agreement, even when you give them 30 days written notice before renewal. It happened to me, and now they charge me over $ 13 K for that. Try Vault Networks or many other companies who publish their terms right on the Agreement that you sign.
