Club Clenaers TOTALLY RUINED an expensive dress. The dress was shrunk and the fabric faded. I have taken this dress many times to the dry cleaners next to it, Oxxo, and it had never happened before. In addition, he gave me the dress wrinkled and the belt was missing.When I asked the extremely rude manager for the belt, he replied with sarcasm that if I complained, he was going to loose the belt. He found the belt soaked in water, so clearly the dress wasn’t dry cleaned, it was washed in water. He gave me the dress all wrinkled and without a hanger or cover. I asked to have it at least ironed. I came back for it 2 weeks later and he said “I didnt do anything to your dress” being rude again. He demanded me to leave the place. I wasn’t being aggressive just explaining how the dress got damaged, he denied it. As I was stepping out he said, you are pretty , imagine if you were ugly I wouldn’t stand you. The Un respectful and unprofessional behavior of this manager is absolutely unacceptable. He doesn’t know about customer service. Do yourself a favor and don’t ruin your clothes and day by taking them there

just picked up my order, they said they lost the jacket of a $750 suit and the manager said that they are only responsible to a limit of 10 times the cost of the cleaner. They only reimbursed $250! I just isued this new suit just 1 time and I lost $500 for they negligence

I used to live in Aventura, near this business and used to bring my clothes for dry cleaning! The main reason I used to do business with this place was its low prices compared with the competitors in the area and its high value! Now that I am living in downtown I have tried 2 dry cleaners and did not like their work at all! They do not iron the clothes correct! And that is something I value! So I decided to continue bringing my clothes toEven when I am living now in downtown I continue bringing my clothes to “Dry Cleaners Club” every time I have to come to Aventura! 100% recommended!Best regards,El señor.Service: Alterations

first time we're good, second time they returned my clothes with previous stains, you can tell they didn't do anything but pressing- and very poorly too with double crease in the slacks- terrible I asked to remove a stain from a 3k Canali suit and all they did was rub the stain so hard that they ruined the fabric thread. horrible work, very disappointing and upsetting..go elsewhere.
