The unfortunate thing about arriving here is that the perspective of attention is high but the reality is different when you see that people like María, who should be the manager, treat you like an object. Terrible attention. She looked at me as if I were crazy. I really went because of a card problem. blocked and in the process see and make an evaluation what the treatment is like in order to open a business account with them but once again we find people who dress well but 0 education responsibility integrity professionalism and empathy for giving or delivering a good service the attention of the staff Security was more pleasant and professional. If I had to put my finances in the hands of these people, the problem with my workers would be terrible when they come to me for guidance.The unfortunate thing is that the owners trust those staff who, with this type of treatment, only get unhappy customers.

Customer service sucks, I stood in line for 20+ minutes before I got assistance.... They never have more than 1 bank teller to assist the customers..... They need to hire more people.

It looks like they don't care about their customers. I called early enough to get an easy answer. They put me on hold for 10 minutes. What rude people as well, the supervisor was rude. If you don't like your job, you should be a supervisor.

Customer Service is very, very, poor. I called to inquire about closing a company account and was placed on hold for 15 minutes and 14 seconds. I finally grew tired of waiting and disconnected the call. There is no excuse for placing a customer on hold and returning to assist the client.
