Have been with the bank for over 20 years. Honestly have not changed banks due to the inconvenience of having to change my account number to all my billing information and direct deposit. However, this bank goes against federal banking rules. This bank does not protect its consumers from merchants. This bank functions as if it was still in the 20th century. Online banking with them is garbage. Employees are clueless. I have had my last straw with them and finally decided to leave. There is no purpose in banking with them, if you’re looking for a small bank, go to a credit union. If you have an issue outside of working hours which is on the weekends and past 5 PM on weekdays, you were basically screwed. They are constantly blocking your transactions with no reasoning behind it.

Extremely rude and disorganized. Called this location, and the lady answered the phone, "Maria!... ... ... Is this for the $33,000 check?" I told her I was calling to inquire about something else and she had me confused with someone else, at which point she put me on hold for an indefinite amount of time until I had to hang up.

Be very careful with this bank. They have a ATM machine that swallows your card and DOES NOT give it back nor cash nor nothing!!! I had to catch a plane the following day, sent my wife with authorization to claim the card and the bank said they had to destroy it because the card wasn't from their bank. These people are inhumman, hope they never go through something like that. Will never do business with a bank with such inhumman treatment.

City National Bank took over from TotalBank, which was a wonderful place. If a bank cannot get a simple cancellation of a monthly transfer of funds right, then what are they doing in the MONEY business. SIX MONTHS of getting it wrong, and it still isn't fixed. I don't need the kind, personal "hello" when I come in, or the chair to sit on when I make a transaction, or a front door that hasn't been open for nearly a year due to construction. I need a bank that takes care of my money. SS

Wire transfers are often blocked for days, on the excuse that OFAC has listed the recipient as questionable or shady. The bank refuses to prove the allegation, simply citing a block by Treasury. This is illegal behavior and deplorable customer service. Makes me sick. You get calls from the branch manager asking what the wire is for and who the recipient is and what business they're in and what exactly the wire is for, meanwhile your wire sits blocked for days. Very difficult to transact business with this bank.
