In 2021 I opened an Account at Citibank but because there has been no movement, they have asked me to contact the bank, I have sent emails and called the indicated number without success. My advisor is Tatiana, if you can please tell her that she can respond to my emails.

Horrible branch. Nobody picks up the phone. You go in person and there’s not a soul inside besides the 6 employees that work there (with no clients) and they turn you away saying they’re busy. They don’t want to work. Corporate needs to take a good look at this place and fire people.

I don't know who I just spoke to on the phone but that person has me rethinking banking with Citibank at all, after over a decade of good experiences. I called about an offer to make a large deposit of new money into a new account, and the person who picked up the phone said she was too busy to explain the promotional offer, she then refused to transfer me to a supervisor or someone who could help me, and hung up. Worst banking customer service ever from the branch where I first opened my account. That lady should be heavily reprimanded.

Highly incompetent. Cant open a business account for me. Took 4 months just for them to accidentally close the account. I believe they just do this so they can reach their quota. Also, no one speaks English there.

I was not able to verify online purchases because Citi Bank had an old/wrong telephone number on file. I went to this Citi branch to change my telephone number. First I spoke to Paola and then to another female. After 15 minutes I was assured the new telephone number was updated. I wrote it on a piece of paper to make sure. In the evening i checked my Citi online account before trying another online purchase - a flight ticket to Europe. Of course it was not updated. In he meantime the flight ticket went up 315 dollars and I was still not able to purchase the ticket, because the verification code was sent to a wrong phone number. Citi Bank is a Mickey Mouse company. The employees do not care it seems. And Citi Bank, all they want is your savings money, so they can leverage it nine times to create loans out of thin air to ask 5 to 25 percent interest rate.

literally makes my account a mess every time i try talking to a teller here. they’ll just punch in tons of incorrect information and forget to send you things in the mail.

This branch is the biggest example of bad managing. I went there with an appointment ( which took me 3 weeks to make) at 10 am that is when the bank opens, got there at 9:59 am and they already were helping other people. Got to 11am and still was never helped. The lady has the rudest attitude. This branch does not deserve even 1 star. Please Citi do something, this is the branch closer to everyone in downtown and has the worst service of them all.

Truly the worst experience and it's hard to believe the unbelievable workers in this place who don't take their job seriously. Wendy the banker is the worst and most unprofessional banker I've worked with with a very bad personality and doesn't understand customer service.

I went to open a personal account and was told that they do not open account on saturdays? WHAT?! What a joke, young lady also mentioned that I need my SSN card a secondary ID. I’ve worked in banking before and we’ve never REQUIRED SSN cards as a secondary ID. It’s one thing if you’re too busy and aren’t going to be able to take customers(which you should help anyway, a customer is a customer)but to make up all these excuses? Ridiculous

What kind of BANK is ALWAYS out of quarters???? I like this bank but the fact that they don’t do whatever they have to do to always have quarters really gets on my nerves. They are a BANK for crying out loud they should have everything how are they out of quarters every single time that I go in there? every single time!!! Like if they see that they’re running out of quarters than they need to go to whatever extent do whatever they have to do so it doesn’t happen again but they just don’t really care
