I visited the Pinecrest Branch of Citibank yesterday. I was helped by Jose-Daniel Hernandez, one of the bankers. He was able to help me with two balance transfers that I had been unable to accomplish on my own. He basically did a conference call with me to help me resolve my situation and within minutes everything was taken care of. He was very knowledgeable as well as caring and compassionate. I highly recommend Mr. Hernandez and the Pinecrest branch.

Tired of every time I deposit a check they act like its fraud and lock my hole account. Acting like I got to be great full to them to get my money through. Takes like 2 weeks for anything to process. There fraud team is rude.

The guy with blonde hair White button down and blue pants , today on July 17, 2023, had another customer waiting. When he finally arrived, he laughed and said he had no idea some one was waiting for him and said he was talking in the back. He approached me and looked at his watch. He asked me if I had my business with zombie. I had no idea what he meant and then he said it takes a few days and that I'd have to make an appointment. He obviously didn't want my business. Glad I dodged a bullet by not getting my business account here. Had I had a financial dilema, this clearly would have been a nightmare to deal with. Thank you Citibank for hiring employees that show you how unprofessional they are right from the start so I can choose to run my business with a more professional financial institution.

Earlier this year I went through a very stressful process, when my bank account was hacked, and the hackers attempted to transfer money out of the account. Fortunately, Citibank’s security protocol prevented the hackers from taking money out of the account. However, reestablishing a new account was an incredibly challenging process. After numerous attempts of trying to open a new account online and through Citibank’s customer service operator, it became an impossible task. I then resorted to visit the Pinecrest office and I was able to finally reestablish the account through the incredible work of a banker in this branch, Jose-Daniel Hernandez. Jose-Daniel took my case very seriously, and promptly made the necessary arrangements to open a new account and I was able to finally access the funds that had been frozen. It is because of Jose-Daniel’s sense or urgency and attention to details that I chose to continue the bank with Citibank.

Had a great experience at this bank. Went to open a credit card. Jose-Daniel was the best, he made opening the account very easy and fast. Would recommend coming to this branch and seeing him for anything you need. He was very kind and helpful.

The brach customer service is amazing. Jose Daniel was very helpful in guiding me on issues and no wait during a Saturday. I will highly recommend checking out the branch to care for your banking needs.

Bad services , frequent customers are left waiting for people who come to open accounts, commissions 3 hours waiting!!!

Worst branch. The service is abysmal. You rarely find a teller happy doing their job. How could Citibank allow this to continue?See picture below. It was taken at 2:43pm (lunch time?). I went twice to the bank on that day at 12:16pm and at 2:43pm. No teller.

How are we supossed to contact you??? NOBODY'S WORKING AT PINECREST-FL OFFICE. TRIED TO REACH THEM FOR 2 WEEKS BOTH BY PHONE AND EMAIL. DID U DISSAPEAR, IS THIS A FAKE OFFICE OR A SCAM? I NEED URGENT INFO ABT MY CREDIT CARD AND I'M NOT IN THE US.

Went to open an account at 4pm. Was told you need an appt and to call main number. Called main number and they said no you don't. Walked back in with the representativr on the line and another lady said , you don't need an appt. He just has someone before you and it's already 4pm and we close at 5pm.Blatant lie, not a good start CITI Bank.
