one star because half star or none star its not possible... horrible location eith just one cashier so if you as client use your lunch hour to deposit inside the bank have to cross your fingers its not the same lunch hour the cashier is taking. three office employees that cant take your deposit or withdraw because they are not cashiers so just talking between them. i understand the cashier have to eat... go to the bathroom etc.... but Citi charged their clients for everything!!!! seriously ONE cashier and customers have to wait? this bank its a joke

I had an excellent experience in this branch with the account executive Claudia Gutiérrez. Their service was excellent and they demonstrated great knowledge of the products and their benefits according to my needs.

Me and my wife opened up a CD account, we were then told we could open up an intrest bearing saving account that we qualified for and would receive the pay out in 3 months and could take the money out at that point. Alexa Castro set up our account. After multiple account transfers to set up this account to make sure we could deposit the required 25k, we set up the account, and to my surprise what we received was nowhere near the amount Alexa told us. We waiting an additional month, nothing. I called the bank and spoke with her and she back tracked all the promises she made to me and my wife and that the amount she quoted us was incorrect. She became beligerant and loud and I asked to speak with the Bank Manager. Jorge, who I spoke with, could care even less than her, although he was more proper than she was he did little to help and seemed to side with her mostly and said it was a miscommunication. A miscommunication it was not, we were LIED to by Alexa in our face, I guess she was desperate for that commission or incentive to open new accounts. Immediately I closed all my accounts and transferred my money out. NEVER AGAIN WITH CITIBANK, THIS BRANCH ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

System at this location was down for TWO days. Not acceptable from such a big name bank. Couldn’t make deposits. Spend the morning calling to find out if the system was back on, but no one answers phones at this location.

Ridiculous...went tu make a deposit, they refuse to take loose coins...do you see how inconvenient that is! I have to find ANOTHER agency who can actually take coins. I had to leave and NOT make any deposit AT ALL

I hate this bank so much. I order I credit card last year around December and I still waiting on it. the customer service over the phone is actually a waste of time. They keep sending me to the wrong associate. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS BANK.

I went to the branch on Saturday to open a business account and the branch manager told me that on Saturday they could not do that service

For the past 2-3 months I've gone to this store and you guys have it closed every time, yet you guys block a payment to my tenant which I've made the past 3 years which makes no sense, Now I've gone to three, 3 FREAKING BANKS this company and it's lack of professionalism has gotten out of hand

From printing statements to making international transfers to automatically noting that I will be traveling abroad, this branch has helped me maneuver the many services Citi offers. The service is always polite and professional. In person or on the phone, they have never failed to answer my questions clearly and patiently. As a senior, this is very important to me.

The bank is supposed to close at 4pm, and at 3:52 it was closed already. Like what manager would approve this? I also had issues in the past with them. This branch is unreliable.
