Jorge, Anais and Elizabet are the best. They make the whole difference in customer experience. They are always ready to help way and beyond, prompt replies and very kind. Compared to other banks, they are light years in the ease of doing anything.

Don't go to this branch of City Bank, you know why... I went twice to ask for change for 20 dollars, they told me that IF I WAS NOT A CUSTOMER OF THAT BANK, THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME THAT CHANGE, tell me that is not discrimination against anyone... Help me spread this so they don't feel too bad thanks to everyone who reads this note bye

Today, July 25, 2023, I have made a number of calls to ask about a CD that I opened at that bank and I need a response, but as of 1:00 pm I have not yet been able to communicate with an employee, only an automated system.

I've had my account closed for 5 years, I've been to the agency about 3 times and I've called about 5 times and they only tell me to send me the check. Which has never arrived and they don't send it to any agency either. I don't recommend them.

Mr. Jorge should not work in that place, he just treated me and 3 clients who were in front of me badly and he just blocked me. Account for trying to withdraw my money from my account according to the suspicious activity people like him should not work in this great bank because it makes good clients go to another bank.. I think they should take serious measures with Mr. Jorge

Terrible service! They incorrectly scheduled the appointment to open an account for me and never registered my husband's, they never scheduled it (operator error). After the complaint, an hour later they assisted me to tell me that they could not open the account because the person who gave me the requirements He made a mistake and needed other documents. A waste of time !
