I went to use the bank and I needed to go to the bathroom and they told me that they did not have bathrooms for clients, only for employees. I think this situation is terrible. I had to go to the gas station on the corner with my money in my wallet.

worse Citi bank I ever been too ! they skip you and they take hours to assist you . I came to this Citi bank to open a new account and literally was at this location for over 2 hours

I tried to open a business account at this bank with Edgar one of the bankers and it was the worst experience I have ever had. He doesn't respond to phone calls, nor to emails, and after he made me wait a week to pick up the documents from my company, it turned out that I had to wait until next week because he hadn't seen a message that he wrote wrong. Terrible attention!! The worst place to open a business account because they know how to open it.

I went to this bank on 3/14/2023 right in the morning to fix some issues I have on my account. There was 3 ladies in the cashier section who were still opening up for the day and not even ready to help out the customers. They opened at 10AM like they should but they DID NOT start helping out the CUSTOMERS until 11AM almost 12. What's the point of opening up if they won't help anyone. Plus the CUSTOMERS that were scheduled for appointments were NOT BEING HELPED. The EMPLOYEES that helps out with the appointments have NOT EVEN ARRIVED. I wrote my name down on the clipboard since I didn't make an appointment and I waited. Few minutes later I went to the lady's in the cashier area to ask a question which they were STILL not even ready. I was being attended by a NEW employee which is fine but she kept looking to her left coworker because she didn't know what to say. I'm bilingual I know English and Spanish but I prefer English. The lady wanted me to speak Spanish even though she knows English too. I quote she said " you spoke Spanish why not continue it like that". WOSRT CUSTOMER SKILL. Do not go to this bank location go to a different one. The bank itself is OK but not the services they provide at this location. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION, IT'S NOT WORTH IT. I WISH I CAN GIVE NEGATIVE STARS ON THIS LOCATION.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute joke of a bank, non existent customer service and my calls keep getting transferred to apologetic yet useless foreign platforms that end up hanging up on me.Unresponsive and no reactivity, very unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.

Do not USE THEIR MOBILE BANKING APP, IT IS RUN BY A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY, BANGLADESH I BELIEVE, IF YOU do mobile banking 2pm it shows your deposit as 12am the next day! DO NOT USE THAT APP. DEPOSIT AT A BANK ATM.

Unfortunately the staff at this branch at the time of my visit in September 2022, were not very knowledgeable and their mistakes impacted my ability to start banking with Citi. Specifically they mishandled a credit card application which should have been fairly straightforward.

Terrible attention, especially from Marilu Alza. She told me to my face that I didn't have an appointment with her, even though I had the evidence or confirmation email that the system provides. Likewise, the cashier, ordering her lunch and after a while told me that I better go to another branch because her printer was not working.

If you're considering becoming a Citibank customer or already are one, you should know that Citibank uses the interest it makes from your money to invest in destructive pipelines and funding oil and natural gas exploration in the Arctic, damaging fragile ecosystems and contributing more and more to the climate crisis. Citibank came in second place, behind JP Morgan Chase, as investing the second largest amount of money towards fossil fuels, at $48.4 billion in 2020. Instead of Citibank, consider instead banks that don’t use your money to kill off endangered species and encourage the future destruction of our planet as we know it, such as Bank for Good, for example.

This bank sucks. The staff seems to be absolutely clueless as to what's going on. No one is able to help you without having to get someone else on the phone because you're so lost and confused.
