Waited 28 minutes to deposit, only 1 person at the register. a customer had multiple desposits and took 28 mins at the register. It shouldn’t be allowed to spend that much time with one customer if there is no one else to take customer

I've pulled into this spot just to go to my bank and pull out cash but have opted for the Wells Fargo next door many times just for the drive through option. It's always unnecessarily crowded and the lack of organization makes it mundane to even attempt to access. At nighttime, I wouldn't suggest saving those three bucks and getting off to go inside. It's a spot that has the potential to be so much better but unfortunately lacks in utility and efficiency. I try to do most of my bank transactions through the app or on the phone but have ended up here a few times and totally dreaded it. There's a million speed bumps and potholes making it a maze to get around in plus it's not pleasant to access even during slow hours. There's not many locations in this area so plan accordingly.

This is the worst bank. Do not go to this bank. I used have account with them for long time til they change all new peoples there. Local peoples know what I'm talking about. Tellers and employees are no good. It got so bad what they did to my mother. I closed my account there and made new one in Wellsfargo bank near by. If you have aging old parents. They will give you hard time about it. Might even block it without any consent. They know my mother senile. We try help her withdraw her money they won't give it. Even said only take out the money by the tellers. Also beware they might add their name on it because what I think they think my mother didn't have a family but she did. So they add their name on it I can't even access see her monthly statement online. It was fine before til they put hostage on my mom money thinking they helping her. Actually they are not helping her. They making her suffer we all suffer because of that Citibank jealous of somebody wanting help own parent. go any bank except Citibank there. They jealous when own their client kids want help our own family. They will make you suffer. Don't go to this bank! Beware. Citibank has no heart for old peoples. And kids not allowed help out their own aging parent. And also notice seem like this bank very hidden wonder why.

I call the branch and they're giving me info that differs from they're website and I'm calling and can't get anywhere and need more info and suddenly they're all busy? Huh I wonder why no-one knows what citibank even is anymore
