Opened an account with this bank for two years, maintaining balances near $500,000. Unfortunately, they never offered any investment options or deposits during this period. The issued cards were impractical for hotel and air ticket payments, causing inconvenience. After two years, they unexpectedly sent a closure letter without any explanation.

I am so pleased with the assistance of Christian E. and George C. at the Citi Branch at 201 S Biscayne Blvd #100, Miami, FL 33131. They have gone out of their way to assist me with all banking matters and to make sure everything is to my satisfaction. This Citi branch is lucky to have them.

Citibank. I’ve banked at Citi for 15+ years and they have blocked my funds and will not tell me why. I noticed My savings account was blocked so I spoke to an agent through their bot service last night and they told Me there was a fraud alert on my account just call and have it removed… So in the AM I contacted the fraud department and they told me they had detected fraud on my account and my account was to be closed and I should get a check in 90 days…. What? When I asked just that, they politely hung up on me. So I went to the branch here on Alhambra to get help and they told Me to call fraud again, at a different # they were unable To help me. I told them that I called and they hung Up on me. I was yelling and crying by this point. I asked for the branch manager and she told Me I had to call the #. I asked her to call with me cuz they had hang Up on me and she refused to help. Didn’t even try to talk to me or help me in any way. It was not her problem, she simply turned around and walked away without a care. They gave me their conference room and left me there alone and no one in that branch would help me. Unbelievable! Spent all day calling different numbers and no one in that bank can give Me info about why my $ is unavailable. I can’t tell you how many times I was hung up on by the customer service team. I work very hard. I can’t believe that no one in that whole bank cares enough to help me out. They’re the worst. So many folks told Me to take Money and open my accounts elsewhere and I didn’t listen. I regret that!!!

I cannot believe that I was treated like this in the bunch 4071 w atlanic ave in Delray Beach Florida. I was disrespected and lied by the bunch manager Miss melsis Lopez did got very upset and didn't want to deal with me since I caught her in a lie and instead of helping me especially that I'm loyal custom of Citibank over 32 years. all I wanted is just to find out what's going on and follow up on an application that supposedly the bunch submitted for me few months ago 3 week

This branch is beautiful and the employees are professional. I had a great experience working with Evelyn Rodriguez. “Thank you.”
