The front desk "banker's" behavior is an uncivilized disgrace to a major fin intuition. NOT FIT to handle customer relations, be employed where he interacts w/ ppl. Customers/investors like me pay his salary. He's rude demeaning and nasty. The last straw was when he pointed his finger at my 75 year old mother and spoke with some ladies behind me like trash. His demeanor is so unacceptable and atrocious that I decided that I'm transferring our funds to another bank. (Too bad because I liked Richard.) If you encounter this man, he will make his business to prevent you seeing your personal banker and your money is not welcomed there. What a failure in hiring. Congrats Citi! This is how your loose clients.

The people working there have very bad manners and do not have a sense of urgency, my wife got scam in a gas station in brickell and they took her money we call and they said Citibank was going to close the account and open a new one and to go to the closet branch when she got there the agent didn't help her at all

Highly recommend you come into this location! Luis was so sweet and helpful he opened up a new account for me, he was really knowledgeable about all the different accounts I could choose from and helped me pick the best option. Super fast and professional service.

Jonathan was amazing! I went to chase in Brickell. They ignored me for 1 hour. Probably because they don't wanna waste time for a personal account. Then I went to citibank without an appointment. They helped me open an account within 15min.

AVOID If I could give them 0 stars I would. They promise a lot of things when you open a new account and then nothing is given to you. They don't reply to your emails or return your phone calls. Stay away and take your money elsewhere. AVOID!

Citibank is a joke! They call me a Citi "Gold Client" but they dont allow me to use my own money. I was trying to process a wire last week ($50.00) and I had to call several times to different Costumer Service numbers... the 2 times their "fraud team" (Citi's client's money using prevention program) called me, they said they could not verify my phone number (despite they had called me) and hang up on me. Minutes later, my wires were cancelled. This happened 5 times during last week. Simply a joke, a bad one. I'm VERY disappointed with Citi's level of service... final note - I've been a client for 8 years and that's the service I get...
