The African American man with the red in his hair working there is very rude. I ordered and the person who took my order must have misheard me as I was the only one in line. When my food came out the African American man said a name. I asked him what the order was as the person who took my order got my name wrong and I could tell because the bag looked as though it was what I ordered. I asked him what was in the bag and he said are you (the incorrect name) and I asked again what was the order. He then asked me again what my name was and when I said that wasn’t my name he walked around me to serve the next guest. Once he left I asked another worker to pass me the bag because I was able to read it and it was indeed my order. He then proceeded to interject in the conversation and say I asked you if that was your name and I stated that’s why I asked you what the order was because my name was incorrect. Then he sarcastically apologized by stating. Well I didn’t take the order so I didn’t know what the name was. Yea that’s why I asked what was in the order sir because I didn’t know what name was written. Just an unpleasant experience with a rude server. Will never return here again.

It’s chick fil a, nothing to speak on about the food, the staff is friendly so that’s always a plus. This location however is VERY busy during most hours so unless willing to wait 10-20 minutes to order, wouldn’t recommend if in a

Visited the Miami Central Chick-fil-A and were received with a beautiful smile and attitude from Beatrice Fisher. Great customer service. Sadly, it has been lacking in many establishments.

today march 7 I was discriminated against my disability and refused service. the manager BEATRICE told me my dog isn't a real service animal after taking my order and REFUNDED MY MONEY AND TOLD ME TO LEAVE. this goes against FLORIDA STATUE 413.08. DO NOT EAT HERE, disgusting behavior she should be retrained and not be a manager horrible leadership

Service here is terrible !! Rude manager she has an attitude and doesn’t pay attention when the food is done!! She’s too busy listening to other peoples conversations y’all need to do better at this location! Start with the manager or lack of!
