There’s a man working there who I honestly thought might be the owner — it’s hard to imagine someone with such a bad attitude working in any customer-facing role otherwise. He never returns a greeting, always seems irritated, and acts like helping customers is a burden. On the bright side, the team at the cafeteria is great — friendly people and they brew really good coffee. But at the end of the day, dealing with that kind of negativity just isn’t worth it, even if the station is right next door. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.

At 6:30 am on 04/14/2024 I had the intention of buying a midnight sandwich but you guys had 5 employees ( one was cleaning ditches, another one helping the customers and 3 where they just looking at how the other two where working. No initiative to help out and make the experience for the customer fast and with quality. Don't waste money on this type of employee they are bringing your sells down.

HORRIBLE GAS STATION AND SERVICE. Every damn time I come to the gas station and I try to utilize my rewards point and get a dollar off per gallon, the pump has me go through the whole process to only tell me SEE ATTENDANT. It does this every time, and then the employee inside wants to play stupid and act like they don’t know how to activate the rewards inside, even though I can add my number to the pin pad some way it never gets added at the pump. Long story short this gas station always has a higher price then surrounding gas stations. The employees are all rude and obnoxious. It’s my last time dealing with these morons at this Chevron.

Horrible service when I was trying to get a my egg sandwich. I come just to order a simple breakfast with a polite matter. Comes out of no where with an attitude.This was the last time I order here. With that attitude. Before the people they had there had a good polite matter. But the new people they have know are the worst.They need to learn so matters and politeness.

It is not often that I feel compelled to write a review, let alone a scathing one, but the experience I had at this particular gas station was beyond disappointing and warrants public attention. Amidst the fuel crisis in South Florida due to the flooding , this gas station had the opportunity to provide some semblance of relief to a desperate community. Instead, they chose to let their customers down in the most unprofessional and inconsiderate manner.At around 9:15-9:30 PM, a fuel tanker arrived at the gas station. With almost all of the gas stations closed in the area, it was no surprise that cars quickly began to line up on both Bird and 117th Ave, each line consisting of at least 30 cars. We all waited with bated breath, hoping that this would be our chance to finally fill up our vehicles after days of scarcity.However, unbeknownst to the dozens of weary and anxious individuals waiting in line, including myself, the gas station owner had made the baffling decision not to dispense fuel until 6 AM the following day. I couldn’t believe this and confirmed it with the attendant Daniel, he said it was the owners decision. The worst part? No one from the gas station bothered to come out and inform us of this decision. They were allowing traffic to accumulate and people to waste their time and little gas left for no reason.Not only was this decision completely lacking in empathy for the people who had been struggling to find fuel for days, but it also demonstrated a shocking level of unprofessionalism. With tensions already running high in the community, one would think that a business owner would do everything in their power to help alleviate the situation, not exacerbate it.To have the fuel and the means to provide for a community in dire need but to intentionally withhold it is unconscionable. This gas station owner's actions resulted in wasted time, frayed nerves, and heightened anxiety for countless individuals who were already grappling with the effects of the fuel shortage.I am appalled by their lack of professionalism and their utter disregard for the people they are supposed to serve.I would not recommend this gas station to anyone, and I urge others to find an establishment that demonstrates a true commitment to their customers and their community.

Regular gas was about $0.20 higher than other gas stations in the area like the Chevron station at 147 and 56th.Can't say why, that's a question for the store manager.

Caught this lady with glasses dark black hair rolling her eyes at me lol always has an attitude when I come here. Seems like she's the one that cooks food in the back. I was gonna give 1star but decided to give two based on the new hires. The young girl was very courteous and respectful same with a larger heavy set lady. They were really nice. Seems like the owner is trying to fix the service with these new hires. By the way the little pastries 3 for $5 bucks is a little excessive lol

Very bad costumer service , specially from Mayra, who denied the access to restroom to a client, saying that it was out of service when it was not. I hope management talk yo the employees regarding this situation, I am not first client and I will not be last if they don’t take action. This gas station has the worst review in the area. It embarrassing

the lady Mayra working at the morning shift told the restrooms was broken just to not allow the client to enter the restroom when it was not. I think is very rude plus is a public place and I consider is the law if a place has cafeteria restroom should be available for costumers, other wise is a violation of law.

The ladies that work at the cafeteria have perpetual stank attitudes. Very rude and it's been that way for years.
