The lady working there needs to be FIRED! The lack of customer service from this person was shocking. First off, she had extremely loud music blasting as if that were her house. Then, when a customer was trying to pay (someone that you could clearly see has recently come from another country and doesn’t even know how to use his card or the machine), and as he struggles and asks her for help, she replies,” This is all you; I don't have to do anything, all you.” The frustrated man tells her, “Okay, but I don't know what to do” and she goes, “Oh well, you have to learn,” and it wasn’t until this other gentleman behind him in the line that had to step up to the register to help the man pay. She then starts complaining, and I simply tell her, "Maam, you do work in a customer service role, and part of it is to assist the client,” and she is like, "Whatever, I am not arguing anything with you," and I say, "I am not arguing anything but ok,” but then once I go to the register to pay, which I want to preface, I did not throw my items or rudely approach her; she scans my items and literally THROWS a bag on top of my items, to which I ask, "This?” and she just shrugs her shoulders. I grabbed my items and left. To offer that type of service DONT HAVE ANYONE. If she doesn’t want to work or doesn’t like her job, she can find another one. To the manager or owner of this establishment, you should be ashamed of this and should take matters into consideration.

Extremely rude cashier. I have no idea what happened to her in life for her to be so consistently rude and aggressive for basic gas station transactions. I've been several times in 3 years and she's still there and with the same attitude every time.

I would like to complaint to the manager of that gas station, today, Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at 7:30 my husband went to buy propane gas, made his line and paid, the lady left him waiting half an hour saying that he had to wait for was no one at the gas station, my question is when does a gas station have no one inside? according to her she is alone and cannot handle and they do not provide that service at 7:00 pm, dear manager, we are customers of your gas station, if you do not want to lose more customers, hire better staff because that lady's attitude was very rude, besides that she did not want to provide her name. If you want to buy propane gas, don't go there, that lady had very bad customer service.

This is the most horrible place to buy propane and put gas, or any other thing.The night shift cashier of today Wednesday 09/21/22, a lady that did not want to share her name or was wearing her ID badge as sales Associate of the store, is a very rude person, and her attitude towards me as customer when I was trying to buy propane,was unacceptable.She also states that she was doing me a favor, and also sent me to other places to make bussiness with, stating that this was a huge and free country. When asked for her name she said her name was Tiburcia, of course, that is not her real name. I think that having a person representing your company with such a horrible customer service, should not be dealing with customers. In my particular casé, YOU lost a customer.

Horrible horrible experience thus morning a woman named rosario super very rude this us the 3rd time i hgo to this Chevron there is 2 other gas stations close bybut i go not to cross tge street but after today very bad ecperience i will never go there again

There was a sign on the door." The clerk is in the bathroom." Ok. I knocked around 9:20 pm on 04/14/2022. The lady on the clock came out rude as she can be.She flashed the sign on me and then went berserk on me. She even called the cops on me.That's a rude clerk. She should be disciplined.
