Very bad customer satisfaction in this place, the car wash does not work completely, it does not dry the cars even if you pay for the more expensive service, I do not recommend it.

I was trying to use the vacuums at this location and only one of two vacuums was operational. I had to wait about 20 mins to get service. When I filled up, I wanted to have my receipt but no receipt at the pump and I have to go inside to get it and I had to wait for other customers to finish their transactions.

The key to the bathroom is denied to clients, it is always the same staff, on Sunday mornings, the administration knows about this and maintains this problem for years, for years.

The carcass machine broke the glass of my car. They didn't want to give me back the money, much less fix the glass. They only told me to wait for them to communicate with me. The girls who treated me were very bad, they shouldn't even work with the public.

The workers have no idea what customer service is, there is never paper at the pumps to print the receipt and when you ask for it they give it to you with a bad attitude, the products have no price? If you don't ask for plastic bags they never give it to you, truly what a disaster of service, it seems like it's from the 3rd world, the Worst!!!
What a shame it seems that we are almost reaching COMMUNISM, I don't know if its owner finds out about this or doesn't care, or really DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SERVICE IS, he asks me what I can give him A DOCTORATE, the other thing that I think he may have so much money that YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING, be careful this is dangerous, Wealth also ends!!!!

Every time you put Gas and try to pay on the pump, they cancel the transaction and make you go inside to pay, they said it’s a problem with the pump but the real reason is to make you go inside so you maybe spend more money on other things,It’s really annoying, specially if you are in a rush, I will not buy more gas here,

Probably the slowest pumps in the US, it would be faster filling it with a paper cup. If you don't have 20 minutes to wait don't go. My video is with the handle all the way down
