Who hires these kinds of people?This lady doesn't know what customer service is.Client, it is perfectly understandable if you do not want to allow El Paso to the bathroom, but by asking you should not get such a horrible answer, I already realized that I am not the first to comment on this lady, what a bad attitude, how horrible to enter a place and get people like that!! This lady is mistreated!!!

12:11am he came to get gas and after I went into the bathroom, I asked the cashier, an older lady, if she could lend me the key to the bathroom and she told me that the bathrooms are not used here after 9 o'clock, so they have a bathroom. No, it's not for the customers who come here to consume the same gasoline as your products? Also very bad character and treats the public badly, very slow at the checkout and a huge queue.

Just come here for the Car Wash. I just wish they had a car wash self-checkout since attendants talk a lot with other customers and the line to check-out is big.

Car Wash ate my money and I went inside and the rude Hispanic lady that speaks ZERO English was no help and thought I needed quarters when I told her the car wash machine ate my dollars and she slammed the quarters down on the counter aggressively and flicked her hand at me and pointed to the door telling me to leave when all I wanted was help with the car wash machine. She was too illiterate to even understand that. I even pulled out money out of my wallet and demonstrated what I meant and she was super rude!!!! Avoid this place!

Very Convenient Car wash! I wish all gas stations had this!Go inside to pay for wash.1) Express Car Wash: $8.002) Deluxe Car Wash: $10.003) Works Car Wash: $12.00Make the line towards the back side of the Gas Station. Unlucky me, I was like 5th in line. Each car takes almost 10 mins to wash, so expect to be waiting in your car for a while.By the way, some lady outside the store saw me looking at the Car wash and said that $8 is pretty expensive and that other gas stations nearby are $2.99 for Express Car Wash. Either way, I stayed here.

I don't believe that I've ever bothered to review a gas station before, but I feel that I have to warn people to stay away from this one. It is absolutely the worst major brand gas station that I've had the displeasure and misfortune to use. And actually, I had been warned online to stay away from here as it is notorious on the NextDoor App for having poor service. Even though it is only a few blocks from where I live, I have avoided this station, mostly because it is overpriced and there are other gas stations in the vicinity that have Top Tier gas (Google it if you are unfamiliar with the term) and friendlier service. In the 5 years that I've lived in this neighborhood, I've only been to the station a handful of times to use the car wash. And I stopped going there several years ago when I realized that my car was almost as dirty after going through the wash as it was beforehand! I normally go to a hand wash auto detailing center, but it was absolutely packed this past Saturday and my car was filthy, so I broke down and decided to use the automated brushless wash at this Chevron. Even though I didn't need any gas since my tank was almost full, I topped it off anyway just so I could purchase the car wash at the gas pump itself rather than try to do so at the car wash entrance (which has been a problem in the past). Unfortunately, after selecting the car wash and pumping the gas, when I put the hose back and pressed the button for a receipt, I received the dreaded message that I needed to go inside and get it from the clerk. As my review is getting pretty long already, suffice it to say that even though there was only one person in front of me at each of the two clerk stations inside, there were still those same two people standing there with the clerks making coffee and conversing with them 10 minutes later. I finally lost my temper a bit and in a loud voice pleaded with the two clerks that all I wanted was my receipt. One completely ignored me (which, if you read NextDoor, is par for the course), but fortunately, the other clerk broke away from his conversation with the person in front of me, and handed me my receipt so that I could then drive around the back to the car wash and enter the code that was printed on the receipt. I then went through the wash without incident. And of course, when I got home to my driveway and got out of my car, I could see that it was only somewhat cleaner than it was before. The entire trip to the Chevron station had been a colossal waste of time.

They are liars, they say they have gas at 2.09 and one arrives here and it is 2.19!! You should regulate this more and not be deceived so many times.
