I went to cash my check and the Agent told me that if I previously tried to cash that check they were doing a police report. I signed in front of her next to her window (was explained it was protocol to do it in front of her...however, guy in front of me and behind me...no problem...they were "regulars" and come everyday and were allowed). I asked if I could sign again in front of her and said yes. I have been cashing my checks with this Company in other locations...never a problem. I was puzzled by the interaction, somehow this is the way you deal with customers you discriminate against....It was the first time trying to cash that check.....go somewhere else!

I arrived to a full lobby of people waiting, with only one clerk. To my surprise she was so quick, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Thank you Doris for all your help! You are a godsend. I would definitely recommend this location. I've been to this location multiple times and Mikey and Doris are always very helpful.

Good service, horrible location. I went in to send money through Western Union, was there for 15 mins and felt like an hour. It was about 100°F inside the store. There was no A/C, but there was a broken fan in the lobby and no ventilation. It smelled like a gym and everyone including myself was drowing in their own sweat. You need to do better if you want my return business

The store is horrible and crowded with loud, obnoxious, construction workers. Luckily, the person that attended me made me feel like giving this service 5 stars! I believe his name was George. He was knowledgeable about everything I asked him. He helped me get approved for a payday advance and didn't take too long. Overall he made my experience so much more tolerable. I will be coming back here for future reference and have told a lot of people about this store and how much of a wonderful job the young man did to attend me. If you come here, go to him. You will NOT be disappointed. Between him and the other lady that was there with black hair and glasses, he was a lot faster and easier to understand. Thank you George. 5 Stars just because of your wonderful service.

This place is always dirty, and smells funny. They usually only have 2 people in the window. I wish they did 2 lines . 1 for check cashing/advances and paying bills. Standing in a long line just to pay your light bill is frustrating. The 2 older ladies there and friendly and helpful. I go there since FPL receives payment at the moment and its a few blocks from home.
