I had a package mistakenly delivered to this branch by a family member. When I went in to the explain the situation they were not receptive and told me the package had to be picked up by USPS and returned to the original sender. Do not bank at this branch

The entire staff is very welcoming and professional. I've had my accounts with Chase for 10 years now and truly have never had a complaint. The Branch itself is very quiet, everyone is welcoming and they go above and beyond to meet expectations.

They never, never , ever answer the phone, and when you come in person, they said you need an appointment, that you need to make the appointment by phone. How??????????? I have been calling there all the month, all day, every day and nothing!!!!!

Terrible customer service at this branch.Staff ask about the issue at hand in front of everyone.Their skills to address and resolve issues are very limited, at least in my case. .

Best Chase Branch I've been to so far and this experience was exceptional compared to the branch I was at 30mins ago. Understand they are short staffed but they aren't lazy. The guy at the door is the same guy who is the teller who was helping out out front when he wasn't busy at the counter. Before he went behind the counter I explained to him what my situations going to be and he kindly explained to me the reason why he needed to do in order to processs the transaction. This is the first time someone explained to me the reason everyone else states its policy and of course if its policy please provided me a copy of the policy as the terms presented when banking with chase doesn't state what the other branch wanted to do so thats not a term I agreed too. But since this teller explained to me exactly why he needed and needed to do I was more than happy to oblige. The teller ran into a road block with the transaction and needed an approval so the manager was called and he came timely and took care of the issue and I was out within 10mins. Chase should use this Hammocks branch as a prime example of how to apply customer service and customer relations. Beats the heck out of the 20 min waiting in line at the 13701 SW 88th St branch for the lazy slow paced teller and the escalatin trouble maker employees including the aggressive manager who think he can come towards you aggressively as if he was going to get phsyical with you. And then Kendall lakes chase branch should be a prime example of how not to operate and what are terrible employees and manages

This bank is the worst. The branch manager was really nice to me and pretending to care. Then when I was leaving I looked back and she was laughing with another employee about me. I have a stuttering speech disorder and I had never felt so discriminated in my life. Super disrespectful.

Worse customer service ever! I did a $500 quickpay transaction to my girlfriend account using her email address ( as usual ) a month ago and someone block it just because I wrote Cuba on the notes. I have been calling and calling and there is no straight answer, all they do is transfer my call to different departments. It's very frustrating and the worse part is that I'm still missing my money.
