Went in to open up an account for my son and they told me they couldn’t do it because they were about to close at 5 PM. It was not 5 PM yet so they still had to open up an account for a student. They care more about there time than opening up an account for a customer that has accounts with them. Looking forward to move

This is the first time I stopped at this location. I was greeted by a representative, told him the purpose of my visit and was told that an Associate Banker will be with me in a few minutes.
Victor Aleman, Associate Banker assisted me in updating my debit and credit card to reflect my new legal name. He solved my issue fast and efficiently. Excellent customer service. ?

A terrible experience. I arrived without an appointment and they said that if there was time they would help me. An agent was free for almost half an hour, I waited calmly, but as I saw that time was passing and they didn't call me, I went to ask and they told me that they couldn't help me now because the appointment they were waiting for would arrive in 5 minutes, but it took longer. For half an hour they were doing nothing.

Awful customer service!! The rep gave me the wrong information to process an ACH transaction, when I noticed the approval had not gone through I went back to the branch, this time she told me they needed to spend more time into the issue so I had to call the bank because they were going to close soon.I arrived about 20 minutes before closing, plus it was my 2nd visit in the same day for the same issue.

I make an appointment for him a long time in advance, for an exact time and then make me wait, I don't understand what's the point of making the appointment!! Very bad service at this bank!!

Very bad bank in terms of attention. How is it possible that I have an appointment for 1 in the afternoon and it is 1:35 and they have not attended to me, supposedly they are attending to someone else. The question I ask myself... is that they give appointments, what is the objective of them if they are not able to keep them.

This agency is really a real mess every time I come, I end up wasting my time and running to another, it seems that just because I don't work they invent a thousand and one excuses and obstacles, don't waste your time, the bank in general is good but this agency is one of those that make you think about changing banks

I have had Chase since it was bought out by Washington Mutual. I have gone to many locations and every other location other than this one has had wonderful customer service and management. It is unfortunate that because this location is SO terrible (you can tell by ALL the 1 star reviews), it is off putting to potential clients as well as the loyal ones. Not only do they not answer their phones... EVER. They do not attend to you when you enter. I was left waiting while they were having a group conversation for over 15 minutes. It was only until I interrupted them to ask if I was waiting in the correct area to get something notarized, that they informed me the person who notarizes left their materials at another branch. I was obviously irritated and left to another branch. It's important for you to trust that your bank is able to handle important tasks that are directly impacting your finances. Life is hectic already! When you're going to your bank, you want to feel like they are going to be able to do their job so that you can handle your business as efficiently and effectively as possible. I shouldn't have to wait and deal with employees that are terribly unorganized , unprofessional and unprepared and travel to find another branch (this would be frustrating for anyone). These employees need guidance; Please get new management and people who can do their jobs properly.

Horrible customer service, a very simple request was denied very simply saying we don’t do that. It was a deposit verification form, which was given to us at another branch so easily.
