This is a small branch which is very busy. There were lines, but transactions happened quickly so the wait to see a teller was minimal. You will have to wait a significant amount of time if you want to see a personal banker and a lot of people will be waiting with you. The staff is friendly and helpful.

When my local.branch closed I moved to this branch. The 5 times I've visited for several different reasons I was greeted friendly and helped efficiently. My wait time was minimal and staff were all polite.

Henry assisted me today and he's knowledge and assertiveness were superb. I had such a great experience with him today. He was absolutely patient and has excellent customer skills.Thank you for how quickly and efficiently you help my aunt and I today. Definitely will come back to this branch for any future need.

Worst customer service of all banks including other chase branches. Every time I come it’s like I don’t exist. Takes forever for anyone to acknowledge you, they don’t have a sign in sheet so it’s awkward when they calling people and they are saying they are next but got there after others. Always expect to wait at least an hour for service.

I locked myself out of online banking because I forgot the new password are used. So I called customer service to get it reset. The person I spoke to advise me to go into the nearest branch for assistance. Actually they use the catchy phrase, step into a branch. So, I stepped into a branch. These morons called every 800 number they can call trying to figure out what to do. In the hour I waited for these morons to figure out what to do, I got up went over to new accounts department and close my account. As I'm walking out the door with a cashiers check from my balance, one of the original morons came over to me and told me that there was no problem with my logging on and they didn't know why I was directed to come there. You simply can't make this s*** up.

I GAVE THIS BANK A 1 STAR CAUSE THERE NO OTHER CHOICE OF A LOWER RATING, HORRIBLE, IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS OWNER DO NOT USE THEIR CREDIT CARD MACHINES NEVER EVER, I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF ALL TIMES WITH THEM AND WHEN I CALLED THE BANK CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO COMPLAINT AND I TOLD THEM IF I DONT GET MY REPLACEMENT CREDIT CARD MACHINE NEXT DAY I WILL CLOSE THE ACCOUNT, THEY TOLD ME " I CAN CLOSE IT NOW IF YOU WANT " SO BE AWARE STAY FAR FROM CHASE BANK.
