I came to close my business account. Diego Villamizar, the general manager, was extremely kind, even though I was going to leave my relationship with the bank. Thanks to your attention and kindness, I will open my next bank account in this franchise. Very thankful.

Absolutely terrible customer service. As soon as we opened the door we heard shouting in what I'm guessing is their main office. Anabel and I'm guessing a greeter came out after.My husband and I arrived at 10:55 for an appointment for 11 am to open a checking and savings account. Anabel proceeded to take walk-ins before us. When the greeter asked her she told him to have us wait because she had told the walk-ins that she would tend to them.Twenty-five minutes went by as we stood there listening to her personal conversations with other people that came into the branch while telling us that she would be with us soon.We finally sat with her and I mentioned that I thought appointments were tended to before walk-ins and she said that it's not a matter of walk-in or appointments but that they only have 2 people to open an account and the other person was busy. Totally irrelevant.We were unable to open an account because my husband didn't bring his residency card since he didn't know he needed one. I don't blame her for that because it's a policy and understandable. However to have to wait over 20 minutes for her to tell us that because she didn't respect the appointment and took walk-ins instead is unacceptable. My husband wasted his lunch time for no reason.

I had an appointment for opening a new business account for 9 a.m. when I arrived there was only one guy automatically helped a person that got there after me when I asked about my appointment they mentioned the Lady Annabelle was doing an audit, why would you give me an appointment if you're going to be doing an audit, this place is unprofessional and everybody that got there complained. Stay away

By far the worst Chase branch I have ever stepped foot in. My husband and I usually go to the Pinecrest location but we met at this one since it was closer to my job. We wanted to consolidate our checking and savings accounts. First, we came here a couple of days ago in the morning and were told that everyone was in a meeting for an hour so we said we would come back another day (no mention of needing to make an appointment then). Today, we walked in and sat down in the waiting area. There was no one there to greet us. We assumed someone would ask us if we needed help or something because at our usual branch that is how it always is. Nothing. Sat for 25 minutes before my husband got up and asked a lady for help. She asked if we had an appointment. We didn't have one and she said that we needed one. I'm sorry, no where in the branch does it say by appointment only. No sign, nothing. My husband said this is the second time we've come, could you please help us. The lady said ok let me see if I can get someone. We waited 10 more minutes and left. I'm sorry but when you're used to being greeted and acknowledged by a friendly person when you walk into your bank where you have been banking for the last 16 years and then you walk into this branch where not one person says hello, acknowledges that you are there waiting, and is rude WOW it really makes me appreciate the Pinecrest branch. If you're only accepting appointments, you should probably advertise that instead of having your customers sit in the waiting area to then be told that you need an appointment after having to find someone and ask for help.

Amazing Customer Service!!!!
Brian and Danelis was super helpful. I came in with an issue about my personal bank account and they quickly resolved it. Very happy with my experience. HIGHLY recommend!

Chase needs to work more with their customers. Long lines. Only drive thru . It really s#####. Not happy at all. Others banks are doing much better service.

This is not a Chase Bank it's literally 5 ATM's in a Room. If you need to do anything go to another bank
