I receive terrible service from the branch manager I believe Javier try to open up a checking account or savings and he told me that my valid driver license and two debit card from chase wasn’t enough even though I previously opened up two other account with my driver license at the same branch location. He turned my service away because he wanted a secondary ID and when I agree to return home to retrieve the ID, he proceeded to tell me there was a possibility I may not be approve, before even running the paperwork first, which was discourage me from returning. I caught an Uber back home and went online and was able to open another account myself, and no additional paperwork was requested. The tellers have been more help to me at that branch in the past which is why I’m not sure why the situation was handled the way it was especially when I’m frequented there.

Great experience with Chase. Needed to have a bank verification letter drafted by a representative, which is not something that they normally do, however, Elier, was super helpful in taking the time to write up a letter for me. This is the 2nd Chase location that I have visited, and both have been great experiences. Employees are polite and helpful which is a refreshing change from my former bank (whom I have been banking with for close to 20 years). I only regret not having switched sooner to Chase, because they are awesome!

Never had a bad experience. They closed their drive up teller service a few years ago which sucks... but the ATM pretty much does everything I need it to. If I need more detailed business I have to go inside, but there it is never crowded and I never wait for a teller for more than a minute or two. There are typically two specialists and I had to wait about 10 minutes for one of them to add a beneficiary to my accounts. I could see this being the only flaw, as account specialists may need to spend a lot of time with a customer and the wait could be bad... Overall, a nice, quiet location to get your banking done.

Our Board of Directors went a few years ago to make some changes to the authorized signers of our club and the person who made the change didn't finalize the paperwork and messed up what little was actually done. We went last month and the current person who helped us didn't even attempt to apologize or pull the original paperwork to see what went wrong even after we asked. Worst experience I've had with Chase. While I may still recommend personal banking through other branches, will not recommend Business banking with Chase, especially at this branch.

Teller was very inappropriate and little welcoming. Definitely they could get a lot a better when it comes to costumer service. Been with them for a couple years now, and never had complaints about account servicing or client treatment. This branch is the exception to this statement.
