The service at this Chase branch is disappointing, with incompetent employees causing issues every time I visit to make deposits into my business account. I only continue to come here because of its proximity to my house. It's frustrating that other locations handle my business deposits without any problems, while this branch limits deposits to $5000, which seems illogical and unprofessional.

Walked in for help to take a hold off of my account and the teller (very nice and friendly and helpful) assigned me an appointment for 3 days later because a banker assured me he was busy that day and can assist in the future.(meanwhile he literally wasnt doing anything at that moment) Cool. I come back today (the day of my appointment) 15 minutes early. I wasn’t necessarily in a rush so I didnt mind waiting until my actual appointment time. Another gentleman comes in who clearly didnt have an appointment because I overheard his conversation (im nosey and it was a general conversation in front of me) and he gets seen before me. Cool, like I said, not in a rush and I was assured it would be quick and i’d be seen at 1:30pm. 1:30 comes and I now stand up and observe that the gentleman is still busy and I leftHere is my thing,If it was so convenient to help this SPANISH GUY before me (afro american female) who didnt have an appointment, then why make me wait two days for something that wouldve taken the same amount of time had you helped me the day I first arrived? Then he had THE NERVE to call me and ask me why I left. Sir… have a good day , dont play with me. All he could say to me was “your appointment was at 1:30 and I looked for you at 1:30” no you didn’t because I looked for YOU and you were busy. Do betterThe name on the appointment was “Jorge Guerrero” but it was a tall bald hispanic male incase thats not his name

I am a Chase Private Client from the Ponce de León Branch but this location is closer to my house - I have attempted to open a savings account for my son three times at this location. They always find an excuse not to help you on the spot. Today, the branch was empty I walked in with my son who already has a checking account to open a savings and they want an appointment to be created online as they have no availability now. One teller for the lobby and one on the drive thru and two account representatives. Up coming Lunch break was more important than getting new business. I see this branch has a rating of 1 star. I am generous with my one star - they deserve a zero.

Jorge Guerrero opened an account for me. He said he included the coupon we referred him to in the account so that I could received the $200 bonus in 10 days after my first direct deposit.After waiting and waiting and not seeing the $200 coupon on my account, I was able to make time to visit Jorge Guerrero and tell him what is going on. He puts it on me for not receiving an email confirmation that the coupon had been put on my account. Very poor customer skills over all. The guy could not take accountability, and pretty much made me feel as if I am a person who cannot be trusted. Waste of my afternoon.Ruined my relationship with Chase. I am closing my checking account and my credit card account. My credit card account which I have had for more than 10 years and spent hundreds of thousands of dollars. Thank you, Jorge Guerrero.

We were helped by Jorge Guerrero. And it was THE MOST exceptional service I have EVER experienced working with chase. Chase bank in general is such a great bank. But I have never seen so much patience and professionalism. My husband is deaf, and I was so surprised and relieved to find that Jorge was fluent In sign language. We were so happy with the accessibility he was able to provide. This is the reason everyone should hire professionals with more diverse experience and skills. Very happy and impressed with the service we received.
