Today I had an appointment to open an account, I arrived on time for my schedule, however I had to wait 20 minutes to be seen, and when I was presenting all the documentation they told me there was a problem with the computer and that they were going to reschedule me for two hours later, as if my time didn't matter... what kind of services are those? The truth is, it leaves a lot to be desired... I left an hour later without being able to solve anything.

Absolutely the worst Chase branch EVER! I came here twice to no avail because it is always empty and I don't like to wait. The old manager was just as bad as the new manager. Dont come here for nothing in the world. I went to another chase branch and they did exactly what I needed. Open up a checking account with 2 valid ID's and pay an old balance from a 15 year checking account. What bank would prevent you from paying off 120 dollars of old debt????? This is ridiculous. Defies common sense and logic. My guess is they are lazy!!! Fire them all or close this branch. Theres a reason why it's always empty!!!

I visited this Chase bank about 3 weeks ago and a follow up appointment last week. Since the moment I entered, the teller, Ms. Yirka welcomed me with a big smile. She was extremely helpful and professional guiding me thru the steps I needed to follow and introducing me to the banker. The banker, Ms. Kiara Banegas was also very professional and attentive to my needs. She was able to take care of the issue I had and solved. This facility has a nice appearance, organized and with a great staff.

AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS!!! This is the only branch in all of Miami that does not allow me to use funds the day I receive them. I can send a wire or do whatever I want electronically but if I go into the bank to do a cashiers check, the Manager does not want to approve, it's happened 4 times now. Thank Absolute joke of a manager and bank

Bad management, bad customer service. The place have almost no people working there. They kicked you out with the excuse that you didn’t have an appointment. To get and appointment take up to one or two weeks. Better go to put your money in another place.

A few days back I made the mistake of walking into this branch with my wife, wanting to open an account. After having to wait 48hrs to be assisted by a Personal Banker, the PB that help us was unable to honor a Chase promotion that we qualified for due to a system error. After hours attempting to find a solution she decided to escalate the issue to her Branch Manager, anticipating that she would have tools and resources that could help solve the problem and prevent the account cancelation, how naive.What followed was a phone call the next day from Carmen Maria Jimenez, the Branch Manager, who from the very begining show no intention to keep our business. She was rude and dismissive and didn't offer any solution other than to cancel the account if that was our desire.I decided to go to the Branch to talk to the "Manager" in person, hoping that the initial bad impression was nothing but an unfortunate phone interaction, but to my dismay Carmen was every bit as rude and ill mannered as on the phone. She procedeed to treat me and my wife with total disregard, didn't greet us when she approach us; didn't provide name and position, we had to ask her to make sure we were talking to the right person; insisted that there was nothing that she could do to keep our business, demonstrating an appalling indiference to do what's best for the customer and the Business she represents.Fueled by her deplorable service we requested her District Manager's email to elevate a complaintt, which she refused to provide, and instead gave us a phone number for an Eddy Peña, presumingly the District Manager for this area. We called Mr. Peña that same day and left a voice mail, and to this day we haven't receive a call back. It's no surprise that Carmen is operating with total impunity and zero accountability given that her inmediate superior will not dedicate a minute of his time to adress a customer's concern. This Branch reviews score (3.1) is nothing more than a reflection of their poor job and indiference towards their customers and Business. A brief look at the perfomance (reviews) of other chase branches in the same area is also revealing and disheartening.I elevated the issue with the promotion to Chase escalation center and they were able to apply it to my account, which goes to show that had Carmen taken the time to do HER JOB, this terrible experience could have been avoided.I do want to thank and recognize the Personal Banker that opened the account and follow up with us every single day until the promotion was applied. Her name is Andrea Ancin. She was the one silver lining in all this mess.

I had done business with Chase for 10 years since then they had lower the bar on service, but this branch takes it to a new low , only one banker , appoiments disappear , and there is absolutely no sense of urgency on anything , if they can delay you until closing time , they will. Today , 2 hours latter , we still here

I've been a loyal customer of this bank for a long time and have always had a positive experience until today. Even though my mother and I were the only ones in line, the teller didn't call on us until three other people had joined the line. When she asked for my mother's ID and card, she did so in a rude and dismissive tone, as if it was the 3rd time asking. This was surprising given that we had always had positive experiences with the bank's Spanish-speaking tellers in the past.Before providing the account number the bank teller claimed that she struggled to see numbers which we found strange because she didn't wear glasses and had already been looking at the computer screen no problem. We zoomed in the numbers on our phone so the bank teller didn't have any excuse to not see the numbers.When she asked about the purpose of the wire transfer, we explained that it was for an escrow related to a property purchase. Surprisingly, she didn't know what an escrow was, which was quite concerning for someone working in a bank. My mother even spelled out escrow for the bank teller and checking over the documents we found that the bank teller still spelled it incorrectly. We have attached photo as proof. The teller's demeanor changed when her co-workers approached her, and it was clear that she was only behaving professionally when being observed.I hope that this review will encourage the bank to train their employees more effectively and ensure that they provide a high level of customer service to all of their customers, regardless of their language or background.
