The worst, the worst branch, the management should look at that staff. I have been there three times to try to do the same thing, the branch was empty and the associates were doing nothing. Literally, I have to do it online, or make an appointment. Open a savings account, I guess my money isn't worth it to them. Poor them or poor me lol

Edward and his teammates were very attentive and polite on Sat. They attended to me quickly with my request. Parking lot was full though.

The worst bank and the worst branch that can exist. The bank is completely empty and according to them they do not have availability to carry out a simple procedure until next year.The attention of the girl who answers the door is also the worst.As soon as I can I will change banks. Outraged is not enough!

The Google Navigation to the entrance of the Chase Bank here on the intersection of Coral Way and 87th Avenue is not accurate. I reported it to them about three months ago, I'm not sure if they fixed it or not. Before, it would lead you down a Road off of Southwest 87th Avenue, followed by an immediate right. However, you cannot make an immediate right because this is a fenced location.

This branch does not accept US residents who do not have a Florida ID. In other words, if you don't have a Florida ID, you don't qualify to open a bank account. It doesn't matter if you have other proof of Florida address, residency, and social security number.
Save yourself a bad time if you are in the same situation. Other competing banks have more lenient policies. (WF).

I am very sorry for choosing this bank to open my business account, I know why it has such a bad rating. I went on Friday, May 12, to make an appointment to open an account and they supposedly gave it to me for Monday the 15th at 1:30 pm. When I arrived it was not in the system, they work very poorly I do not recommend it

Terrible service, when you need clear answers on your accounts it's lies. You have to keep going back to seek clarification on your own investments.
