I was there today 12/28/2023 to open a new account, it seemed like an impossible mission to me after visiting three Chase identities, this last one met all my expectations, I was attended first by a girl then by Kevin, terrible customer service, zero desire to help, they explained to me that they did not have personnel to help me and those who were there did not have access to open new accounts, a supervisor never appeared where I also advocated for her, in my opinion it was that the three check branches that I visited near my zid code should do just one bank because none of us could resolve a new account, something I really don't understand

They don't answer the phone and if they pick up the phone by mistake they hang up the call. You even have to ask if you're talking to Chase because they answer as if it were a personal phone. Horrible to talk to them.

We went to this location for notary service and checking account update. We had a great experience. Brittney, who took care of us, was professional and proficient. She made our relocation back to Miami easier.

Amazing service at this location. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Especially want to acknowledge Igor Stabler he made me believe in humanity again. He was knowledgeable and very kind. He gave chase logo gift to my daughter and reversed some overdraft because he obviously saw by my banking activities that I fell on hard times. I am very grateful and to be honest didn’t see too many people care recently. Thank you, Igor

I make an appointment and the employee leaves earlier. They don't want to help me out with my problem and give me another appointment. Ridiculous!

Very clean and organized bank but non-existent customer service. I walked in wanting to open an account and I understand that they have appointments, but there were 2 bank employees that didn't even greet me until I asked for help. When I asked if I can open account, they were being strangely condescending? Weird - just work with them online.

be patient. ok. wait for your turn for a banker, while sitting in the middle of the hallway. wait....someone just cut me off. now another banker coming to greet helps the other person arrived after me. "misunderstanding" they say. Being ignored and bypassed twice could not be related to my not speaking spanish ? or could it ?go to that branch if you are a buddy-amigo of the staff or if you want to feel misconsidered.

Every time, every single time I decide to go to this branch there is something wrong. The Drive-thru ATM is always broken. The slot to enter your card to go into the vestibule is broken. It's an inconvenience and a hassle.

Worst bank ever! Every time that I’ve gone here there’s always something wrong, today my local chase was out of service so I went to the next bank closest to me, and this was just terrible i was only able to deposit $1 because the machine didn’t want to accept the rest of my money. The drive through atm machines also need to be changed because they’re pretty old.

The access to go to the atm and Amazon lockers is damage , after 5 pm when the bank is close people can not access in the area . The atm card reader at the door doesn' t work even with Chase cards, this is very disrespectful especially for Amazon customers, Amazon please STOP using this location , you are paying a rent to Chase just to get your customers upset!

Worse chase ever, the drive thru atm is always broken. The slot to slide your card into so you can go to the inside atm is also broken, its going on 8 months and it still hasn't been fixed. This morning at 8:54am a bank associate sat at the door and looked at the line outside and directed everyone to the ATM, when we explained it was broken, he shrugged his shoulders.

I've left 3 single star ratings off late, what is going on? The pandemic really made people lazy, I mean nothing at this bank is working. Same atm broken for hours long?! Not to mention the close the lobby, why, no idea because it requires a card to open it. If they are worried about Amazon packages, a different entrance to that area perhaps? But overall, still not the best either way. Fix it
