This won't come as a surprise to this Chase Bank or to Chase itself because as you can see it is loaded with the same kind of review from other customers. It was about 7 p.m. and still daytime. What makes this Chase so special that there's no access to the ATM unless one is driving through? Which by the way is typically also out of order. Get it together.

It's incredible. I went to open an account at this bank and the manager helped me and told me that it was by appointment. It was very far from my house. I told her that I was waiting for another client to finish. There were already 40 minutes left to close and she told me that I made an online appointment...also...what they wanted was not to stay a few minutes longer because they thought I was late...I went to TD Bank, waited 10 and they helped me and I was able to open the account...they are not interested in this branch have new clients

I used to do business at this bank a lot in the past, but it seems like there was always a problem with their ATM machine at the drive-thru. I lost patience with them because the machine was frequently closed down for repairs, and I would have to find another Chase somewhere else.
The final straw was when I made a cash deposit of a couple of hundred dollars, and the machine ate it up and didn't register it nor give me a receipt! I had to back up, find parking, and go inside to complain. The teller couldn't find my deposit! I told her to look for an extra $200, and that would be my deposit! Long story short, she made me feel like I was making this up, adding insult to injury. I asked for the manager, and he got it all straightened out. I filled out forms, and about two 2 weeks later, the deposit showed up in my account! I never went back for about 4 years. I went to a different branch.
Recently, I have stopped by when I'm in the neighborhood to withdraw my money at the drive-thru, but I'm always nervous if it will work correctly. So far, so good. Let's see how it goes.

This particular Chase is in Miami, Florida and is a great place to do your banking. I have been a customer of Chase ever since they purchased Washington Mutual. I stayed on board and I have never had an issue at my home branch or any of their other branches. All in all, this is a great branch and I would definitely recommend here.

I give it a star because only because I want to capture my experience in this place, which was horrible. I had an appoiment with Nikolas Gvelesiani on 2/16/2024 at 11 am, I was unlucky that this person had a situation presented to him and he did not come to work, the big problem is that no one notified me and of course no one could assist me I asked to speak to the manager who never even invited me to sit down, he served me standing up and told me that I couldn't get in touch with anyone else because they only have 2 people who do commercial accounts. My annoyance is that they couldn't even notify me to cancel the app and see how such a large bank stops or stops serving customers just because a worker didn't show up for his job and needless to say that the manager I was waiting for 40 minutes was if doing anything literal. Where this country is going, even the most prestigious banks are losing responsibility for their clients

I like it because they call me by my name every time I go to make a transaction, in addition the guys are very friendly and they are bilingual (English and Spanish).
