Today I was attended to at this Chase bank branch and my experience was excellent, the banker Lazaro Sanchez was very friendly, at all times he showed his interest in helping us, thus demonstrating his experience and knowledge in his work. I sat and waited over 2 hours to open a account. The Spanish clerk skipped over me and chose the Spanish people that came in 30min ago… very disappointed I’m taking my business elsewhere

I showed up 20 minutes before closing, in Miami that’s a huge issue because people are always so rude when they just want to go home, my teller Lorens D. was amazing, very helpful and never showed he was tired or ready to go home.. he was nice and gave me the best customer service, went above and beyond to help me solve my problems which he really didn’t have to cause I already had an appointment for the very next day to fix some issues. I’m very grateful for his help. Great customer service!
