I needed to make a wire transfer and they had me standing there for at least 20 mins, while other branches do the wire transfers at the cashier. Avoid this branch, they have people there doing nothing that could help

I just left the branch, due to the terrible attention of the employee who assists the users who enter it, seeking to resolve procedures.
This middle-aged man, of average height, around 5 feet, with a thick build, ignored the people who were waiting in line, attending to other users who entered the branch.
No official (cashier) allowed us to see the Manager, arguing, being himself busy in a meeting.
Have you missed the Chase policy?

Too unpleasant to come to this branch. The poor attention and lack of concern on the part of agents to help customers goes beyond the limits. Don't think about investing money in Chase CDs. Personally, I put $100,000 in a CD two years ago, the second year I renewed my CD and they automatically withheld more than $1,200 from me and accused the IRS of being responsible for that. Since last February I have been attending this branch and other branches including those in Brickell and I have not received a solution to my problem nor have I received my money back that was unfairly withheld. After several months of back and forth and a lot of incorrect information and after disputing this with many bank officials both by phone and in person, they tell me that I have to fill out information on a web page that does not open on any computer or phone, They could only open it on a branch computer. I went today, August 21, to help me access the website and xxxxx and xxxxx helped me and they told me that they did not know that website that they had never seen it and that they could not help you, I told them that two weeks ago I came for that same problem and the Manager was able to enter the page and corrected me on a piece of paper the correct name that I should write. I tried again to open it in a browser at home and I couldn't do it so I came today to get help and Andres and Roberto helped me but they made the least possible effort to help me claiming that the manager (who both know this problem) They are not here today and they could not call them to find out about my case. In the end, once again I had to leave because no one from the branch wanted to help me, I tried to talk to someone in charge and they didn't want to introduce me to anyone either. They told me that I had to wait for the banker who opened the CD for me and that she had two appointments scheduled and that it was going to take too long to see me.
It is unfortunate that in the US and that in Chase, a bank of which I have been a customer since I arrived in this country, they treat you with so little enthusiasm and everyone without getting involved in the bank's responsibilities for bad operations. I am leaving the branch without my money and without any solution.
DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY IN CHASE
And much less in this branch.

If I could leave no stars , I will do it; however I went to this location and the man I met at the entrance door, his name I did not remember but I asked him and he said: Sandy or Saunders, he did not help me even when I told him I am chase customer (want to highlight that even when he did not try to help me: HE WAS RESPECTFUL AND SPOKE TO ME IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER). I only needed to open a Savings account, but he did not try to help me even asked to the banker working today. Very bad service and very bad experience. 👎 Other branch helped me and I won't leave from Chase now cuz it's a good bank but we need people kind and helpful. We are in the USA 🇺🇸 and we have to make the difference. Do not go to this location if you want solve any glitches.
I asked for the supervisor and he told me that the manager did not come to work today bc of weekend, it's weird, if you are working you should have a good customer service and if you request the manager, saying there is no manager today here, cannot be the fancy way to avoid meet the manager. Chase will lose a customer for your bad and unhelpful service at this branch.

If you enjoy ATMs that work on occasion and standing in long lines with 1 teller, then this is the bank for you. If you call and actually try to speak to someone there's no way to actually get connected. Everything has to be by appointment and it's 4-5 days out because as they say they are "desperately short staffed."

Seems like JP Morgan is getting really lazy on customer infrastructure and its quite disappointing to say the least. What is so wrong with your ATMs that you cant perform basic functions for their customers like deposit or withdraw cash.
This is not a single issue either as earlier today had to deal with the same issue at an atm miles away. Do better guys.

Today I visited the branch, it is my first visit, Luisa Sesin assisted me, I can say that she is an excellent professional, I empathize with my situation and she helped me in the entire procedure that I was going to carry out, showing total mastery of her work, He made me aware of all the offers that could help me and also made everything happen in the shortest possible time and I was able to solve everything I needed. I was very satisfied. I am happy to have chosen this bank and I would recommend it to everyone I know.

If there was a 0star I would, I called this location and Elizabeth (miami ppl being rude per always) picked up the phone, I asked for her manager, she asked for what...reason I called was because I ordered a new card 10days ago, needed information on that which I don't think a non-manager could of helped me with. Plus she kept saying "I can't order u another card, call customer service" which to me, makes 0 sense ur a banker not customer service, you guys have my pay check, before I even touch it...what do u mean you CAN'T Order me a card. I've already been waiting 10days it's a inconvenience. She said her manager will call me Ms evalis.

Try not to sit with Mrs. Luisa, she is a lady who gives bad information, she has a bad character and very little desire to work. According to her, my wife needs to have 1,500 dollars to open a checking account and also a job for direct deposit. She told her that out and come back when I had a job ?. At the Ponce le Leon bank they gave me correct information and very good service.
