A good bank, but you'll feel really uncomfortable in their branches and these places are just too interested in overseas business. In Miami, it looks as if they are set up and waiting for large commercial business to come to Miami. This is a mistake because they're not hiring African Americans in their stores. It looks isolationist and undiversified.

There is only one teller and a manager. Neither seem to care about timely service to customers, looks like the new way to banking is to not allow banking! This place lacks service conscious people that care about you time not being wasted!

I was parking to use the ATM and a lady sitting in her car said I could not park in the lot. She didn't even ask if I was a Chase customer. I will be calling Chase on Monday and withdrawing all of my funds as I can't even park in their own lot on the weekend for 5 minutes. Management, read the reviews and implement better customer service if you want to keep customers. I highly recommend Capital One.

Worst customer service. We went to open an account, we were Attended by a young guy that had a really bad attitude and too much of a pride, every single time my parents asked a question he gave them a bad look put his hand on their face and interrupt them, meanwhile he stood up when inside a office stood there for 20 minutes and came back saying he didn't had a system to opened then an account.

I usually don’t get upset if an ATM is not working because it can happen, but every single time that I come to this chase to deposit money, it takes the money and doesn’t deposits it, it simply shows a message saying to call the 800 number. This needs to be fixed ASAP

This place should have the following disclaimer:Even though we are called a "Bank" you cannot come here to withdraw money.I spent $40 on an uber to come here and get cash for a purchase. The next chase location was too close to take another uber, too far to walk. I arrived at the next location drenched in sweat.I opened a chase account for convenience. It's no longer convenient as this is not the first time random things like this prevent me from being able to use a branch. They want everything online so they can lay off more people and minimize their employment. They want you to use machines instead of hiring people. It's disgusting.

I purchased a new car and financed it through Chase. I got a very competitive rate and was quite happy. But a few weeks later to my surprise I got a letter from them saying they were reducing my rate? I hadn't even asked, and I was going to save about $28.00 a month. Is that great or what.
