Why does the ATM follow the lobby schedule? If I could come during office hours, I would. Now I have to drive around to find an ATM that would actually do my transaction during more convenient hours. Update the ATM hours online

A couple of weeks ago I research online and decided to schedule an appointment the name of the branch employee that was set up to help me opening a checking account is Kenneth Rabassa this was on December 6th well supposedly that afternoon everything went smoothly with my new checking account the document
I brought from immigration explaining my green card replacement is being processed was in the list of approved documents that same day 12/06/24
I received a payment through zelle which I was registered that day now the bad part comes after waiting for 5 days for my debit card it finally arrived on 12/13/24 but I got worried because I have already set up a direct deposit from my work but it still wasn't posted into this new checking account so I decided to call customer service by my surprise I was informed my account was restricted I never received an email or a notification via text that's not right so I went to the branch thank God is close by I don't own a vehicle I had to wait this employee Kenneth Rabassa was busy the security guard was also rude making me sit if I sit I wouldn't get attended since I didn't had an appointment suddenly another employee approaches me
I explained the issue he called the bank I waited because my main concern at that point is hey that zelle payment money is mine how do I cash it...? I can't even use the new debit card supposedly this guy which I don't know the name escalated this with the bank itself he told me I could go to another branch since they don't have any tellers WHAT...? Unbelievable I rush to the chase branch at 27th Ave coral way since I arrived there I was greeted in a rude way the guy that came to one of the tellers was uptide because it was already close time I ask him to please help me with cashing my money he said he couldn't my account was restricted I insisted he then said I could go to another person this is so upsetting and frustrated to make this to an end no one at that branch seen in the position to wanting to help me
this chase bank corporation have the worse employees and the worse customer service, also at that 27th ave coral way branch a tall chubby bowl headed employee try to shoot my mouth when he escore me to the exit that was so disrespectful
he also told me it was the branch discretion to help me cash my money and the chase bank is no thief...in other words none of them were in any position to want to help me now I ask why would that other guy at the 37th ave coral way where I opened my account said to me yesterday if I went to another branch that have tellers I can cash my deposit...? I'm not a ball you all can throw from one place to another and last this goes to you Kenneth Rabassa before assuring a customer everything is fine and all documents have been scan and approved you need to checked everything in the system you can't play with the customers time and give them false expectations!
Now if any of you decide to reply to my review I wouldn't care GOD IS MY WITNESS I HAVE BEEN TRUTHFUL!

My experience in this bank did not meet my expectations, when in January I opened my account, new by the way, they promised me a bonus of 200 dollars, I even have the code for the bonus or coupon, I have called countless times and it has been for pleasure, until today August 10, 2024, I have not received it yet, in my opinion they should not deceive customers like this

A good bank, but you'll feel really uncomfortable in their branches and these places are just too interested in overseas business. In Miami, it looks as if they are set up and waiting for large commercial business to come to Miami. This is a mistake because they're not hiring African Americans in their stores. It looks isolationist and undiversified.

I really felt bad... despite the kindness of the representative, having legal status they treat you like nothing... nowhere visible, neither the website nor the networks says that there are restrictions on opening an account but they keep filling my mailbox with junk offers, for what? Incongruous... I do not recommend this bank for anything.

There is only one teller and a manager. Neither seem to care about timely service to customers, looks like the new way to banking is to not allow banking! This place lacks service conscious people that care about you time not being wasted!

I was parking to use the ATM and a lady sitting in her car said I could not park in the lot. She didn't even ask if I was a Chase customer. I will be calling Chase on Monday and withdrawing all of my funds as I can't even park in their own lot on the weekend for 5 minutes. Management, read the reviews and implement better customer service if you want to keep customers. I highly recommend Capital One.
