No other Chase has given me a better experience. The tellers Emely, Michael, and Sadys are always helpful and friendly. They are very informed and are always able to answer any questions or concerns that I bring up.

After looking at the reviews of other Chase Banks around Miami, I decided to come to the only 5 star I could find near me. Was greeted at the door and helped quick. Alfredo was awesome, kind and very helpful helping me with my first credit card. Was in and out in 10 minutes. Worth driving the extra miles.

I banked with Chase many years ago, but left because of a horrible experience I had with them. When I opened my company, I decided to shop around and see which bank had the most to offer and I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism that Brian showed. He single handedly gained my business back in a span of 15 mins. I am not surprised why the branch is rated 5/5. I wonder if the branch would maintain that should Brian ever decide to leave.

Like all othere reviews mentioned Brian Saba is who you want to talk to. Super sharp guy. Extremely friendly and efficient. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Chase needs to take note of this guy and promote him. I cannot say enough great things about my experience this morning. This will be my new Chase branch moving forward.

I had an EXCELLENT customer service experience with Brian Saba. He was extremely helpful, extremely respectful and was extremely efficient.I highly recommend this branch! It is reflective of wonderful management.

This bank is THE WORST!!!! I have had fraud on my account 4x and NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHY. I have been hung up on and the call connection is TRASH!!! I am DONE with this bank. I am going to be going to another bank PERIOD!!!!!!!

Stopped by to cash a check and left with a brand new account. The banker Brian made me realize that if I open an account I would save money then by just cashing my checks every week. This is the best chase branch by far!!

I visited the branch recently to ask about an unrecognized charge after chase wasn’t able to solve the problem over the phone. I was honestly a little frustrated I wasn’t able to handle this without visiting the actual bank but Brian Saba made it the easiest visit I ever had. He was able to help me out with the charge and place a claim within 15 mins. He was super friendly and was able to clearly answer and explain every question I had. Best experience I ever had in a bank. I look forward to being attended by employees as bright as Brian in the future. Good job Chase ??

If you go to this bank. Ask for Brian Saba. They youngest, most knowledgeable guy that can assess your financial situation and assist you or point you to someone that can accommodate your needs. He's the reason I switched from Wells Fargo to Chase because he's a guy that knows exactly what you want.

I’ve never sat down with someone as professional and knowledgeable in the banking field as the banker I sat down with. His name is Brian and he went over how the accounts work (overdrafts and fees) and gave excellent recommendations of investment strategies. This is the only chase I will commute too because of the exceptional service that was provided to me.

Went into the branch for a problem I was unable to solve over the phone and had Brian Saba help me solve the issue. A problem I could not get an answer for through the phone Brian was able to help me in 10 mins clear up all issues in a timely and effective manner. Wonderful in person experience.
