The worst costumer service. Very prejudice chase. No smile, no costumer service. The moment I walked to the teller she had the worst attitude, and the man who came to help me also, very Condescending attitude

I definitely made no mistake in choosing Chase as my bank. At this particular site the customer service is great! I went last Saturday and had a very positive experience. Very grateful to Sean Meroni who was very helpful and kind. He even stayed an hour more than his schedule to help me with what I needed. Recommend this place 100%

It is truly at a walkable distance from my place of residence. So reaching this branch is not a problem at all. But getting appointments at your local Chase bank branch might not turn in your favor. But my overall experience here was average. The banker processed my entire application for account opening and other related stuff. However, I am not pleased with the delayed delivery of my debit card which was supposed to reach me within 7-10 days' time. I applied for an appointment to explain the matter and in case reissue the card. But got the appointment in Biscayne area. There I got the matter sorted and the card came exactly in 8 days time. So my overall experience with Chase bank has been good. But not being able to contact banking personnel without prior appointments is very irritating.

Terrible. One of the few banks in America that don't have any parking. Absolute nightmare to get to in that shopping center and paid parking that's always full

I was just there for a simple notarization , one signature that take 1 minute and the banker said that she coudn’t do it as she was busy doing something else so they send me to another bank, very unprofessional

I've been working with this branch for years now and I don't understand the negative reviews... 1 star because there are no quarters or banker couldn't notarize your document right away? What if you get stabbed? Leave some room for real problems :-)On a serious note, Oscar and Alban were nothing but friendly and helpful.
