To the woman working the tellers window standing on the right side of the cubicle on 2/24 at 4:35 you’re zero help. I called Tyler before hand asking him the procedures and protocols to proceed to deposit a E check and that I do not a have a printer and he instructed to me to come in and they’ll print it for me. Beautiful, wonderful. I come in, and automatically tells me she can’t do anything to help me deposit my check and to come back with it printed when her colleague told me otherwise. I asked if there’s anything she can do if I can provide her a check number and she said no. Stop hiring people who are desperate to leave a job rather than helping people. 0/10 experience

Staff inside of this bank move like molasses. Walked in there eight people in front of me. Both windows were open. After standing around for 30+ minutes, I walked out. Insane lack of customer service. Staff that we’re sitting in the offices with no customers were staring at us like fish in a bowl

Went in today to deposit cash and the entire staff is standing around talking. I had to leave to work and the bank will be closed by the time Im done. Very difficult to bank with Chase

Terrible attention, I went a day before to make the appointment and they informed me of the quesitos, I went the next day to open an account and they told me that it cannot be done because another document is missing. The treatment towards the public or new clients is horrible.

Bad costumer service. The door of this branch doesn’t open after 6pm for ATM access and this has been happening for months maybe 1 year.
