I absolutely love this Chase Bank Little Havana Branch!I am an educator at a local college-preparatory boarding school, whose mission is to ensure that our students are admitted to a right fit college or university, and that all of our scholars successfully graduate from their chosen college or university.My students, several other staff members and I had the opportunity recently to enjoy an OUTSTANDING financial literacy presentation and college and career readiness panel discussion with several key leaders, including and led by their bank Vice-President and Community Manager, Mrs. Jackie Gutierrez.Our students had an amazing time, and they continue to be so grateful for the way that Chase Bank's Little Havana Branch volunteered their time and poured their love, expertise, and attention to our students! As a result, our students now feel like they've created relationships with the Chase Bank team in light of the importance of financial decisions and choices (as well as career and collegiate choices) that they will be making after they graduate by the end of this school year - the Chase Bank staff provided our students with a strong financial foundation and education as a result of this session.The Chase Bank leaders discussed our students' money values, influences and their own personal financial journeys, and their thinking has shifted in this regard as a result.Our staff was blown away by their generosity and for the depth of knowledge, expertise and intention clearly put into planning such a successful day for our students! They are already asking us when they can return to their Chase Bank family - and trust me when I share that THAT is the highest compliment our scholars can give an organization or presenter!This Chase Bank Little Havana Branch changed my students' lives that day... they opened up a world of financial and career development knowledge not afforded to them prior to their presentation. The power of our students seeing such a successful and diverse group of financial professionals, and a group that reflects their own lineage defies anything that I could possibly express with words.

I've never written a a review, I will for the first time on a bank. I walked in with 500k to open a business account and the only person who can open up an account is busy just talking to someone, not even a client. He had facial Hair, laughing, wasting time. I arrived 2pm talking until 2:25 finally they tell me he can't see me because he has a 3:15 appointment. And he doesn't have time, I ask for an appointment tomorrow the lady walks inside talked to the guy and proceeds to join the conversation with that person. It's 2:55 now, this lady isn't even a client and here I am having to walk out of this bank and my money because of these Lazy people who are so In professional. I've never written a review. I thought this was so bad. I mean how do you get business, you think people have to beg you for help? The most u professional environment. I live chase, I walked out and I'll go to another branch more professional. This guy definitely needs to be trained or at least Pretend he cares.

They are the worst bank facility I have encountered in the USA.When they take a 93 year old illiterate man’s word as solid evidence and open an account for him, issue a police report as being abused and even after documentation is given of the his mental state by his doctor still proceed with transferring his social security account.The most unprofessional bunch of people I have dealt with, they are not worthy of handling anyone’s money!!!

Someone was able to take $1000 from my acc forging my signature. I filed a police report and went there to speak to GM and from the door person to the supervisor everyone treated me as if I was the criminal. It was pointless no responsibility on their part. The signature was not mine, I had my debit card and I don't have checks so i don't understand how someone can Just get money like that. They filled a withdrawal form and the teller just handed the money yet they wouldn't even help me get some cash out my acc or at least apologize. The excuse given to me was that new tellers make mistakes sometimes and that the bank uses a different system that doesn’t verify signatures. What?! Crazy! Still waiting for the investigation and out a $1000. They won't even look at the camaras and refused to tell me who the teller was or at least acknowledge they mess up. Run away from this branch. Something really mess up is happening here.

Terrible, a patience that is horrible, More than 2.5 hours of waiting to be able to close the security box, 4 people working around, doing nothing but there is only one that I could attend, that is, none of these who are dancing The bank is trained in all areas. And the only one who can help me seems to be telling jokes, it's a lot of laughter. If I could, I would give them a 0 rating.

I just went to this bank where I am a customer and I needed 10 dollars in quarters and they told me they didn't have them. I believe I have the right to withdraw MY MONEY in any way. It's only this branch, then I went to another and they delivered it to me without any problem.
