So hard to be carefully heard and assisted today, if you have even slightly unconventional request. Branch manager, Andres Montoya, pleasantly surprised me by helping me to draw the letter I needed. Thank you very much, Andres! I hope, more people follow your example.

Visited to use the ATM, upon retrieval of my withdrawal, I noticed one of the bills was held together by two stickers from a lighter. I thought this looked tacky and went in to simply exchange for a new bill immediately after pulling out the money. The teller and an individual I’m assuming was a manger said this was impossible that it was from their ATM. The manner in which they spoke to me was extremely accusatory and rude. I told them to check the cameras. What possible motivation would I have to make this story up? They would immediately be proved INCORRECT the moment they checked the camera. I hope they don’t treat everyone like this.

Firstly, I cannot believe how fast I got in and out of this bank. The teller knew who we were when you walked in which made us feel very welcomed and it gave a personal touch to the business transaction. Most banks don't have that anymore, it was very much appreciated. I ended paying $30 for a less than 15 minutes transaction inside the parking lot behind Thai bank. When I got inside the teller informed me that there was parking upstairs in the garage available for free, however, the lot was full. The bank is inside of a building in the downtown area so I'm sure they share the garage with other companies. Basically all though parking is free it wasn't available. I would definitely come back to this bank, if I could find free parking lol. It was such a pleasant experience.

Copy of my complaint to the Better Business Bureau: I opened a Chase Business Checking account in February and thought I was following the requirements needed for their $300 bonus offer. However, when I did not receive the bonus, I called to inquire. They told me that I did not meet the exact requirements, which honestly, as someone who worked at a bank for 20-years, if the verbiage listed on the bonus requirements were misleading for me, I do not think they are written or explained fairly. Either way, I accepted the responsibility but asked for an exception to be granted because clearly I was making a sincere effort to meet the requirements (maintained min. balance and completed ACH transfers). When I called back a week later, a representative told me that the request was approved and to expect to receive the bonus in 15-days. Well, 15-days came and went and I never received the bonus. I called back this morning and spoke to three different representatives (and none of them provided a warm handoff when they transferred me, so I had to re-explain my entire situation three times). One of the reps confirmed the note stating that my request was approved and that I was supposed to receive the bonus in 15-days. He even counted the days on the phone and confirmed that the timeline had surpassed without being credited. Then, he transferred me to a supervisor (Julie) who reversed course completely - she told me that I did not met the initial requirements and that the exception approval was a mistake and that she will put a complaint against the agents that told me it was approved. This is absurd and misleading. And it only $300, which is nothing for Chase. I do not understand how it was approved, and then all of a sudden it was not approved. And she was really rude about it and did not seem to want to help me at all. I have already called the FDIC, OCC, and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and now I am submitting this BBB complaint.

I just had very bad experience with Marcus Cox at this bank. I had few questions to ask and needed to make some operations with my bank account.Unfortunately I don’t understand anything at banking systems and always need to ask a lot of questions and someone to help. This Marcus answered me disrespectful and rude, he didn’t helped me with anything that I needed and as a result I just left the bank without anything done.People like him should not work with costumers!

Andres and this branch’s staff saved my life in a pinch. I desperately needed a cashier’s check that was heavily delayed because of New Year’s and the weekend days surrounding it. Andres and the bank staff were getting slammed with clients because of those same delays and they still had the utmost patience and worked at top speed for all of us. I was missing so many things that I needed to make editing and replacing my cashiers check a smooth process for him but he took the extra time to make calls and utilize other resources that he needed to make sure that I could walk out of that bank with what I needed even with how busy the bank branch was, and I can’t thank him enough for that. He left a great impression on me and reminded me of why I appreciate being a Chase member.
