I am living 1 star because i cant leave 0. It is really bad in customer service, i cant connect with them calling overseas i have spent more than one hour each time i called and there is no answer. A really bad service. And for me it is really important to connect. one hour and 15 minutes

I think Chase at 80 SW 8 St has the worse customer service, they never are willing to work and help customers.All they do is nothing, just send you a way and continue playing with their cell phones.Even if they doing nothing, they will tell you go to the website and make an appointment.Is a shame is hard to witness such a disrespectful behavior to customer , we need some type a service, we have trust them with our money. Honestly start from the top, manager care less, don't show any leadership or respect to his customers and his team, the team do the same, as their manager.

They are still holding my funds frozen and admitted it was an error, still are Withholding to this date! Refuses to give me my funds back and close the account since I can’t even use my own money! After one year of pain, treatments that led to me shoving surgery from a terrible car accident. This is how Chase bank has treated me without giving Myself a legal or rational reason!! 30 days later no funds back! Be ware O stars Worst bank ever
