This is one of the worst Chase branches we have ever been too. The customer service is terrible and the staff is very unprofessional. They never have change and we are a small business that has no other choice but to bank at this location due to proximity. We have been here multiple times over the last few months and they never have change and refuse to re-stock. We have spoken to the staff and the manager and no one seems to care and they are rude about it and just seem to always want to hang out and not do any work. For a small business a trip to the bank in the morning should not be so frustrating - we are going to close all our accounts with Chase and move to another bank due to the unprofessionalism and terrible service we got at this branch.

35 min wait time at the drive thru for the 1st car ahead of me then 15 mins for them to come to the window to help out. The teller left and returned 25 mins later for doing a small deposit. Worst service ever for CHASE.

You would think that for a bank they would have money to have actual ATM machines that actually workThe ATM machines are almost never working and if they are they don’t accept any deposits and they only dispense $100 dollar billsTbh just close your accounts and keep your money somewhere else

Just so you know, review comes from a Banking Worker as well. How many times our staff had to stay at least 20 minutes after closing hours for our customers. This lady couldn’t even ask me because I was 1 (one) past five. I do know the banking transactions and making a deposit of one single check it is not difficult at all even if you are already closing your box. What a poor customer attention!

Super slow service. These people don’t understand that we need to take care of other things in our lives. Literally over 30 min for a simple teller transaction. Two people on floor gossiping with no care for customer’s time. I put one star, since no option for zero stars.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. To make a long story short, they did not care to help me whatsoever and just kept saying I had to call customer service... They would rather you go through the struggle of calling and doing everything yourself than actually going ahead and helping you solve your issues. So I went ahead and went to another chase (8th st. and 142 ave) where they actually helped me the moment I got there. Proves to show that the service in Flager was horrible.

This is a bank not a McDonald’s drive thru. I’ve not had one bad experience here. I understand the few employees they have, the world is moving to everything digital. So if there is any staff at all be happy. If you come here, come with time. Chase has policies like other banks so understand that too. Great place. In this pandemic they have been one of the only Chase banks open!! So kudos

They faxed some of my documents (requested for credit card application) to the main Chase branch TWICE but the documents were never received and they rejected my application because of that!! I also tried another branch and even mailed the documents but none worked!!They don't take responsibility for their own mistakes! They can't even confirm the documents in a branch and can't even send documents between branches!!
