It’s a sham, roach & lice infestation, they don’t help” the food get people sick due to bad spoiled food, they put families out with their kids, then threaten to call DCF if you don’t have address “ how do a person have a heart to kick people out on a holiday the counselors they’re supposed to be helping people are rude, nasty lazy and they don’t help especially this one. Janell Hobson” she’s horrible, unprofessional rude .

I wouldn't recommend this place at all to nobody . The authority here doesn't care for the people, they're giving expired food. There is proof that they have mold in everydorm. Some of the things they have donated staff members take home... some staff members target some residents to get a reaction then kick them out. Roslia, ana , romice, Diego, margary who's is supervisor. They give people a hard time . They ALL need to be investigated . Where is the love and the understanding? I know somebody who stays in the there who feels emotional drained... you can't stand up for your self , when you get disrespected, they Laugh at you and discriminate you ... where is the human rights? Then want to label you as " difficult person or aggressive person" is that right ? To take advantage because you have authority?!

There’s so many great things I can honestly say about Chapman Partnership North Miami Avenue in Miami, Florida. I personally have a relationship with the staff there and my nonprofit organization has been volunteering for the past 12 years assisting the homeless population.Chapman has provided a place where families can get help with their needs. They provide support, food, housing and jobs to help them get through their difficult time in their lives. They have a lot of resources and outsiders that’s willing to donate and help. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. I’ll never stop being a part of this community. I am Rise Up 4 Change, Inc. for life!

The case manager Ms. Audrey is rude and heartless she kicks out people with no regard for their wellbeing and some people are elderly and without their papers and she doesn't care to help out in aiding those less fortunate.

This shelter is filthy discusting. The room they put me and my son in was roach infested, roaches crawling all over us while we're sleeping told staff 4 times they wouldn't do anything at all. Horrible horrible place and staff treats you worse than an animal. Animal's get better treatment

I’m with Real talk, they don’t help you with anything they treat the clients like trash.. They keep telling you that they don’t have funds to help with anything. Which Is weird, because they run your social security to get help. And I know they get funds they just want to put it on their pockets. Also I don’t know why they don’t tell the clients when they don’t have hot water. They also would hate you if you speak against them. They don’t treat the clients well, they treat them like animals.
