Worst customer service experienced at a retail store. My wife received a birthday gift and wanted to exchange the item for another purse that my wife fell in love at the store. Dixie, our sales associate, showed us the tagged price and when I was checking out I noticed $200 more than the expected price. When asked about the difference Dixie told us the item was labeled incorrectly by staff but never informed us and just expected us to pay the difference. Then when she went to the back, her and the manager Stella instead of giving us the tagged price, they printed a new label with the markup and told us it was a human error and that there was nothing the store policy allowed them to do. Stella then said that we could either take the items we came with or pay the difference.I’ve never been to a store where they don’t honor the price tagged on an item. Will never be returning to this store again.

Worst experience ever, I was going with someone to purchased a birthday Gift, they only focused on the money, after purchasing they kick us out of the store, I love the brand and they idea but I think the manage that they have of client is lack

Horrible experience!.I was at coral gables store, trying to exchange something and the supervisor was not polite and she didn't help me. They give a paper store credit, they didn't give my money back or a credit card store. Do not make a present there or buy something if you are not 100% sure because the return policy is not USA policyI usually buy there but that was my last time, do not waste your time at Coral Gables store.

So, I had been doing quite a bit of research looking for CH purse, I knew the color, style, price range I was interested in, so i decided to stop by the Merrick Park CH store. I was rapidly greeted by their super friendly staff. I showed them the pictures and styles of what I liked they fortunately had everything in stock- they showed me the purses that I liked, accessories, and encouraged me to try them on. I am very happy with my purchase & the experience at the store.

After making a purchase in this store, my credit card was compromised. It’s the only place my card was used in the past two weeks. The next day, there were $4000 of unauthorized charges. They take your card and ring up your purchase behind a wall so you can’t see what they are doing for several minutes. So disappointed. Lovely brand but this soils the reputation.

Bad Pretty Bad - One of The Worst Experience, I bought Online One High Fabric Suit And Pants for a Wedding, Price $1500 but I took Sale % Off, I returned Suit for a better Size fit from 44 to 42, The return process was worst in my life, First I ordered to received and pick up in a Coral Gables Store Miami, When you enter in the Store and Kindly and Friendly I ask for Pick up an Online Order, They act like you are requesting a Bad Thing, With Bad attitude and NO Friendly, Then I received my Suit (Lyndon Suit and Pant) in a cheap and dirty BOX, They said, I'm sorry Sr. that is the consequences to buy by CH Carolina Herrera ONLINE, its a Third Party Vendors and They Don't Have Responsibility, WHAT is that response to a Client from Carolina Herrera from more than 20 Years! I bought it in Several Stores in the US and Europe, If that were not enough, I return the Piece to a Store Box that the Lady Kindly Help and When I called Customer Service and Says, I just want to do an exchange for the correct Size, They Says, We don't Care, We Return the Money in 30 to 60 Days (I completely sure that you buy in the cheapest Store like Zara, You return the Piece and Instantly they Refund your money. WHY In Carolina Herrera I have to Wait 30-60 Days to return My Money, That's ridiculous! Finally, I lost the money, I still waiting if sometimes they Return My Money and I lost The Chance to Re Purchase the Correct Size. Terrible Experience and The Worst So SAD to be disappointed if one of my Prefered Brand For MEN, I'll never I mg Life will Buy anything in CH but you guys have to learn and take care about your expired returns process and Customer Online Experience. You are 30 Years behind in Online Presence and E-commerce

I was seeking a present for my wife for our 3 year anniversary and she loves this brand, so I went to the Merrick Park location and purchased two gifts for her. When I purchased the perfume, I specifically requested the 212 NYC for Women and was given this thinking it was the correct product. I went home and gave my wife the gifts that night and we noticed that I had accidentally purchased the incorrect product.I returned the next day (11/11) to speak with the representatives and was told that they could not accept the return despite the product having never been used because the plastic wrap was open. The perfume has not been opened or pumped because we immediately knew this was the incorrect product. What's worse, I was told that this store does not even carry the perfume I requested! I e-mailed customer support and I am still waiting for a response from the electronic system. I was told that Vanessa, the district manager would be at the store the next day.I returned today and spoke with Jonathan, who sold me the product. He told me Vanessa had yet to arrive but he would call me back after speaking with her. He did call me and told me the same thing. Despite being sold the incorrect product, they would not be able to return it. Jonathan then forwarded the e-mail I wrote to the customer service e-mail to Vanessa.As of this moment, I am still waiting to speak to the district manager to see how this may be resolved. I am deeply disappointed because this ended up ruining our three year anniversary. I am going through too many channels and jumping through multiple hoops for a very simple return. As a company that prides itself on making sure the customer is fully satisfied, this was not the service I was expecting, especially considering the price I paid for an incorrect product.I intended to use the refund to purchase the correct product online or at a different store but after this experience I will not be returning as a customer.

I have had the worst experience in Merrick Park location in Coral Gables, FL.My wife gave me some shirts for my birthday and for some reason the shirts have a different size to them as the other 30 shirts i have from Carolina Herrera with the same size label. Before I left my house to come to the mall to change the shirts, I checked online for hours of operation.It is listed as open today until 9 pm (picture attached)I arrived at the mall in front of the store, before 7 pm which would of given me 2 hours and some minutes do spare. Upon arriving doors of the store were locked. I knocked in order to get their attention and ask for information on what was going on.The lady who came to the door was rude and with a mask on her face and doors locked was trying to tell me something which I was not able to understand. I asked her to please open the door so i could at least understand what she was telling me in which point ahe refused and walked away.I decided to call the store after waiting for them to come to the door and trying to talk to the rude lady.When I finally got someone on the phone, a lady by the name of Yaribay Astudillo who claimed to be the store key holder adviced the store was closed and she would not open the door as she had already closed the register. I asked her what time the store closes at which point she said 7:00 pm. I mentioned to her i was there before 7:00 and the doors were locked at which point she told me there was nothing she could do about it as her computer was telling her it was 7:00.We are old customers of Carolina Herrera and spend quite an amount of money every year in this specific store and I just fell your personal should at least be trained properly and be able to perform their task as per the company’s “high standards”.I have told my wife at this point i do not care to wear your clothes and have instructed her to return what she bought and get credit towards something for herself if she cared for it.You should do something regarding this situation with your employees before loosing other customers if you so value them as you should.
