I recently visited South State bank and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the tellers. Their demeanor was consistently rude and unprofessional, which made my banking transaction uncomfortable and unpleasant. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to improve customer satisfaction.

My husband and I have been going through Cancer health issues this year. The staff at this center have gone far beyond banking needs! We have to individually acknowledge them Julie Romero, Branch Manager, Viviana Pellon, Asst. Branch Manager, (both Julie and Viviana work side by side for their Krome community) Martha Caballero, Financial Sales Rep, (always providing us effortless banking), Osiris Amaro, Head Teller, (always smiling) They have been there as a banking family for us, we trust them and would not switch to any other office! My experience with SouthState bank the wonderful tellers like Osiris, Martha and Marie they've always been amazing and extremely helpful going above and beyond. And Julie the manager has always been very friendly very outgoing and helpful in every way.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a banking customer service . The associate , blonde lady , would not motorize my document because my name was not primary ln my mothers account . I am the only son and the only beneficiary on record. Here pressure tactic to open an account was simply a heavy handed attempt to demonstrate her authority. I have spoken with friends and they tell me the same about her attitude
