I went one day within the hours they have established in the store, I liked one of their dresses, I told them that was the one I wanted, however they asked me to go the next day since they were supposedly going out to an event. As instructed, I returned the next day to get it, but the owner tells me, my bad, I sold them all yesterday, a clear sign of lack of seriousness.Additionally, they do not have any type of flexibility regarding exchanges, much less returns. You cannot exchange for size or color, much less for another model.
