So I switched to this clinic but I’m beginning to regret it. I had on problem when I first signed up but office manager was very helpful. Today 10/17/24 i went for my visit at 4:30 and needed labs, which at that time it’s too late. I completely understood so I asked DR Yusvel Gonzalez if I have to come back can I just have the blood drawn and leave or do I have to wait and see him also.. he then took me to their lab section told me logistic is not his problem and left… mind you I had concerns on a shoulder pain and stomach pain and he just left without telling me… IVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDE BY A DR/NP IN MY LIFE!!! Idk if I even want to go back anymore.

Excellent attention from the moment you enter the parking lot. They make sure to serve you quickly and very efficiently. Especially Yoandra and Vanesa, very attentive and affectionate. A lot of hygiene and everything organized so that you leave there feeling very safe and cured. Thank you very much for helping us whenever we feel bad.

They are amazing, I go very often to get my labs done and Yoa and Vanesa they make sure you have a smooth experience. The place is very well organized and they always call you to remind you of your labs and appointments. Definitely a great service offered by people that truly care!

Luis was very gentle when drawing blood and didn’t leave a hematoma. The staff is super friendly and considerate and Dr. Watanabe is such a pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend this clinic.

Wendy at Fiu was my clinic person, I felt comfortable with him. He was able to speak to me on both of my languages and made conversation with me. He informed me on information I might not have known before.
