If your dog happens to have a minor health issue forget this place, they are not willing to accommodate you. Don’t understand all the good reviews, it may be from families and friends.

I recently boarded my dog at Canine Country Club Miami and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel at ease about leaving my furry friend behind. The facility itself was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities my dog needed. They provided regular updates and even sent me photos of my pup having a great time. I could tell that they genuinely cared for the well-being and happiness of the pets in their care. I highly recommend Canine Country Club Miami to anyone in need of a trustworthy boarding facility.

Our lab Bear loves staying here. The staff takes very good care of him. He gets excited when we turn on the block before we even get there. I leave him with all the confidence knowing that he will be spoiled and loved while we are away.

"Excellent boarding facility! I recently left my fur baby at this place and I couldn't be happier with the level of care they provided. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about the well-being of my pet. The facilities were clean, spacious, and had plenty of amenities for my dog to enjoy. I love this place. My dog is very reactive and anxious around strangers so it can be challenging to find a sitter. I found Canine Country Club over a year ago and they assured me they could handle dogs of all temperaments. The drive is very inconvenient as I live downtown, but so worth it. I’ve left my dog with them several times over the past year and a half - Roz is less anxious every time I drop her off. I love that they understand the needs of the pups - only allow one drop-off at a time which makes me feel at ease. The staff is always super friendly. Any time I’ve had to make a last minute change to boarding plans, they are so accommodating. Thanks to these guys, I’ve been able to travel without worrying about the well-being of my baby cause I know she’s in good hands! Highly recommended!

The best place in the world that I could recommend to you to have your dogs, and even more so if you love them like children, they take care of them with a lot of love, a very nice experience, God bless the staff of this wonderful place.

I was hesitant to go on a vacation abroad as I had never left my bay with anyone. Let me tell you that the level of service is outstanding at Canine Country Club. I have left my baby with them twice and I can tell she loves it there. The staff is amazing they show great care for the animals. The facility is spotless. They don't know it yet but Minnie will be staying with them again in March for out next vacation.Love you guys, Thank you for all you do!

I had the best experience leaving my dog for 1 week while I traveled.The staff was very accommodating to my dogs needs and his medications. I received pictures on a daily basis having a blast on their beautiful estate. I recommend anyone that needs a place to board their animals at Canine Country Club is the place to be.

They forgot to feed my dog. She stayed for 5 days and was supposed to have 10 meals -- Wednesday dinner through Monday breakfast. I dropped her off with 5 bags labeled dinner and 5 bags labeled breakfast. On Monday, we were given back a dinner bag. First it was explained that that's Monday dinner and we're "picking her up early." We said that's not true, we're picking her up as planned, and her last meal there should've been Monday breakfast. Then we were told that they may have forgotten to feed her on Wednesday, but no one knows for sure.The response from CCC below seems to suggest that because we dropped her off close to 6pm, we should've known that she wouldn't be given dinner that day. That's just ridiculous and I am disappointed that they will not take responsibility.We were also told that she was dirty from playing. Instead, the dog we got back was covered in dried poop all over (including her head) and her coat was stained yellow. We washed her 3 times at home and her groomer washed her 2 more times and said that the coat is stained and will have to grow out over a long time, and that she must have been left soaking in pee "for days."

My daughter, my puppy and I were in Orlando when we found out that we needed to get more papers for the dog. We would have to drive to Miami to the We Canine Country Club Miami because we needed to get a USDA certified vet to give us a Good Health Certificate before we went to Panama.This was a very new regulation. It came in two days prior to our trip. We were so lucky that we got help from Jackie at Canine Country Club. She arranged for Dr. Guzman to come and see Stella and to give us her certificate.Luckily, Dr. Guzman really knew his stuff. He got all the paperwork sent and certified that same day. He is amazing. Plus, he was very kind and empathetic.So we were able to get on our way driving back to Orlando to catch our flight to Panama.And at this time, both Stella and I are in Panama City.Thanks to Dr. Guzman, the ladies at the Canine Country Club, and especially to Jackie who got us all sorted out. She communicated with us on a regular basis. Any question we had she answered immediately. She really helped me calm down about the situation.But be warned it is NOT cheap. It was about 600US$. but that is closer to 1000 Can.However, it was worth it. Who could leave the cutest puppy at home?

If you want the BEST for your pet....that's definitely Canine Country Club!!!! So happy to have found them. It's been the best experience for both myself and my baby Sky!!! The staff is friendly, accommodating, caring, knowledgeable and professional. If I call or text for updates on her, they are always nice and follow up with pictures and short videos at NO extra cost! I can tell that the staff genuinely care, pamper and treat her as family because my Sky is truly happy and excited to be left here and even sometimes sad to leave. I couldn't recommend a better place....We love Canine Country Club!!! 100% recommend.

I would like to thank Ceci and the staff at Canine Country Club for taking care of our little puppy( she is 12 years old ). We don't trust many people to take care of her and she usually stays with my brother in law. We decided to give Canine Country Club a try this time and we were completely satisfied with their service. They were all extremely professional and most of all very loving and caring. Thank you so much!!!. We will definitely bring her to you from now on.
