Natalie helped me with an extended stay. Amazing, to say the least! The room was clean and spacious. We slept comfortable daily. The staff was courteous and helpful, always. Annabelle was truly impressionable in service. I have nothing but kindness and gratitude towards the team that works here. They always went above and beyond for me and my family. Thank you.

I would never go back to this hotel. The carpet on 2nd and 3rd floor smells like wet animals. I went there and explained to the manager that my baby is an oncology patient and she easily gets nauseous, he told me “you are not sleeping in the hallway, you are sleeping in the room” after I kept going at him, he gave me a better room on 4th floor and sarcastically told me, “next time let the people at Baptise who booked your hotel, book one without pets”. I would rather sleep in my car than to go back here. The manager (a guy) is rude and obnoxious. The carpet seems like it never gets a good cleaned or changed ! Never never never again!Noteworthy details: Don’t go there if you are a clean person!

We are a military family who traveled down to the area for a few day to check out the area and look at houses, prior to us moving down. We chose the Candlewood Suites because we loved having the extra space in the room. The female at the desk during check-in was very nice, and helpful! Our first night went well, the room was really nice and had more than enough space for our family of 4. The morning of our second day, I was making the bed and that’s when I noticed a bed bug. I thought it was dead, but it did start moving. I contacted the front desk and was told they would send housekeeping over to change the sheets… I thought that was a weird response because I thought pest control should be contacted. We left for the day and came back to the bed made (new sheets, I assumed). We pulled back the comforter and ended up finding two more bed bugs. I, again, called the front desk. Tony.. I believe he said his name was.. was rude. He told me what I saw was a tick, not a bed bug. We went back and forth about how it’s not a tick. Not sure how he thought a tick was any better, anyway. He went on to say that he no other rooms and he would call pest control. I asked him what we should do and he said if you feel like leaving then I’ll get you a refund. He was no help. None at all. We ended up finding a last minute hotel and had to pay a lot! It was a pain.I will say, I received a follow up call a few days later. I believe she said Julissa? The same female who checked me in. She’s absolutely amazing. Just a complete professional throughout the whole process. We understand this happens at hotels, but if Tony handled it better, like Julissa did then I wouldn’t be here complaining.

We had a 4 day reservation. The shower is cold. Lucky if you get hot water. The worse part is that we have to be begging for towels. Last two days we were asking and calling so many times for towels and they never came. Went to front desk and they just told me to wait another hour because they were washing. 5 hours later still no towels. We just decided to leave the last day to go to another hotel. Never had issues like this from any hotel.

The place is nice and clean and the front seat agents and manager is very nice. I called a couple of hotels prior to going there and they consistently stood out even just over the phone. Highly recommend!

I have stayed in candlewood hotel before but not the suite. This place is amazing, quiet and big. I forgot to take photos of the room but what I've booked vs what I get, I loved what I got. My husband and I stayed here for 1 night and loved it. The location was quiet, away from busy area but if drive to this suite at certain hours, you will get caught in a terrible traffic. The room is big, nice king size bed, kitchen and living room. The bathroom. Is situated closer to the kitchen so you can have your privacy when your other half is in the bedroom. I'm not sure about the pillow though, they have soft and hard but it makes no different and I ended up with sore neck. Overall good stay, clean and nice environment.

We spent ten nights at this hotel. Room was clean, nice and comfortable beds. Housekeeping personnel very friendly, but manager was rude. It took them four days to get us body wash! They had only two washers and one dryer for the entire hotel. The stove knobs were loose, bathroom cabinet drawer was broken and the plate inside the microwave did not rotate.Rooms: Nice and comfortable beds.Nearby activities: Lots of restaurants, church, parks, mall, lakes, dog parks, car dealerships, airport.Safety: Safety is okWalkability: It's pretty safe to walk around the hotel.Food & drinks: This hotel only provides fruit and good coffee.

my family and i stayed for a week and we loved our stay everyone was so nice and friendly the staff was very kind especially maria she was very helpful for anything that we needed for our stay. the hotel was very clean and we loved that it has a kitchen for long stays like this overall a 10/10 i definitely recommend this hotel and any other location that they have

My family and I spent four days at the Candlewood Suits and I can honestly say that it was one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time. For starters the room was gorgeous, very clean and taken care of not to mention everything we could ever ask for and beyond was available. The rooms even have their own built in stove which made cooking meals that much easier.The location was convenient as it was rather close to our old home, we stayed here due to being in the process of moving out of our townhouse and into an apartment. The Suites were right between where we were going and where we were coming from so it made it the ideal location.Lastly the service. What can I say, the staff was amazing in every way possible. Everyone did their part to make my stay as comfortable and the stressful process of moving more bearable but none more so then Maria. From helping my grandmother with a soap dispenser to answering my many many questions, Maria and the rest of the staff definitely helped make my stay at the Candlewood Suites a memorable one and I would strongly recommend that anyone looking for a 5 star experience definitely spend a few nights at this amazing location.

We are beyond pleased. The room is so clean and spacious. The bathroom is spotless, bed is comfy, AC is COLD, fridge looks like it's brand new, TV has good channels and the kitchenette is equipped with a regular size microwave, dishwasher, dishes, and a mini stove. All this for a very fair price, and they are pet friendly. What a great find on the way to the Keys. Highly recommend! The front desk personnel is very pleasant and kind as well.Rooms: Clean, spacious, very comfy.

I walked in with my family, opened the door. Smelled that room and immediately checked out. That smells AWFUL it smells like 10 years of animal urine in there. My pants are covered in pet dander. Literally filthy everywhere I didn’t even bother to check the bathroom. Also the hotel is super humid. The staff was friendly though. I feel bad that their bosses have them sitting in a 90degree front desk. Even they deserve better. Gross

We stayed 1 day in this hotel. We had several kind of bad experiences with the staff. First of all once we step in the hotel Reception guy was very rude to my husband ? then the second day we requested for late check out due to elite gold card holder has right. They even didn't respond us even they charged second day without getting approval. When we ask them they said there is no late check out policy which was a lie .when we were out , my kids were at room they tried to kick them out from room ?we told the kids can come down in front of reception desk.They said my kids to put all my luggages in the meeting room .While we try make check out a lady who works in reception desk said "remove your stuff in meeting room which u have belong to you otherwise we will rent you meeting room " rudely...we travel several country and prefer to stay ihg hotels due to customer services and didn't have any issues before, except for this hotel in particular.

Juliana was the first one I’ve met … been staying here Going on 5 weeks … she has helped me the most and is super kind and helpful … I’ve seen her order a pizza for another guest to help him out

This review is based on interaction with the Office Manager at this location. She decided because of mistake on their part that she was going to charge my card twice, the second time without telling me or my permission because of a mistake they made on refunding my original payment and proceeded to tell me it would be refunded within 7 days. So I was out double payment for 7 days with a disabled husband and two children. They also tried charging my card $100 more than what the amount should of been for several days in between. Long story short if you have to stay here keep an eye on your bank account, a complaint has been made against Office Manager as well to BBB and corporate! This is not ok! They lost a loyal customer because of her!
